Recently refurbished, modern 2 bedroom apartment. Room one has a King bed and balcony looking over courtyard and pool. The other room has a queen and a single bed. All beds have good quality mattresses with toppers for comfort. Bathroom has a good sized walk-in shower. The kitchen has a washing machine, refrigerator, stove top and separate oven. There is a comfortable lounge with a smart tv, wifi and balcony. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided along with fresh fruit and a complementary bottle of cava. All linen and towels are provided including towels for use by the pool. The complex has an elevator and wheelchair access. Below there is a grocery shop and cafe. There are numerous bars and restaurants around plus a large shopping center and 24 hour shops nearby. The apartment is in a central location between Los Cristianos and Las Americas and yet only 600 meters from town (about 5 or 6 minutes walk). There you will find a wide variety of international restaurants including the 'Little Italy' area. Los Cristianos beach is only a further 200 meters. The beautiful Las Vistas beach is just a few minutes around the corner. To get to Playa de Las Americas center quickly there is a pleasant 15 minute walk in the opposite direction. You will find plenty of cafes and restaurants along the way too. No party groups accepted.
