Located in Mobile, this lovely house for $524 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Summary: Experience the charm and southern hospitality in our 4-bedroom/2.5-bathroom home! This recently renovated home features a sparking pool, cozy living area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and space to sleep 15 guests! Just a short drive to downtown, this property is perfect for exploring all that Mobile offers. Pets are welcome with a fee. We would love to host you! The Space: The 2024 pool season has begun! Now open until Labor Day! Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Once inside the entryway, the living room is to the right, and the staircase is to the left. Make yourself comfortable in the cozy living space furnished with a queen sofa bed, two armchairs, and a SmartTV. Through the living room is the fully equipped kitchen. Here you will find a generous size island, ample counter space, all major appliances, and essential cookware. Continue through the kitchen to the open-concept dining room and second living space/sunroom. The dining space has a large farm table with space to seat eight guests, and the second living area has two chairs + a futon which doubles as an extra sleeping space if needed. Off the dining space are the laundry room and half bathroom. This home has four bedrooms. The first is downstairs with a queen bed and can be accessed through the kitchen and entryway. Head upstairs to the additional bedrooms and both full bathrooms. The first bedroom on the right has two full beds. The second bedroom on the right has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a SmartTV. The third bedroom is on the left; it has two full-size beds. The second full bathroom is also to the left of the stairs and has a shower/tub combination. Head out back to enjoy the sparkling pool, lounge chairs, and grill! NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding! Please note: Our pool is not heated and is open from April 5th to Labor Day. Please reach out if you have additional questions! Guest Access: The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. The Neighborhood: Our home is located near the University of South Alabama. Getting Around: Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged! Other Things to Note: We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests: We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the convenience to the tennis courts, the large table and space for our group, and the pool. It was a little outdated, but we enjoyed it.

My family was in search of 2 nights of lodging fairly close to the church and home of our recently deceased relative. Though hotel housing was available, our family prefers to be under one roof whenever possible as the comfort of family is preferable for grieving as well as celebrations. Our family has rented several locations over the years. There were not many choices in the area and we selected your accommodations for this stay. We had four major problems during our stay: The door would not lock (batteries needed to be replaced), as a backup, the keys in the lock box were not obtainable (due being given the wrong code), there were no sheets for the futon (delivered later), the upstairs toilet stopped working (repair person had to get a part to fix it). These issues were responded to and corrected in an expediate manner and we appreciated the quick response but these repairs had to be completed while we were not in the home and service people had to enter among our things without supervision which is never desirable. There are at least three safety features that need to be corrected. This is an old house & there may be the occasional bug but roaches on the bedding are unacceptable, there are two big holes in the deck and the step down from the kitchen to the living space should be mentioned in the listing and several family members stubbled due to the hard to distinguish ledge. Duplicate pictures of the same room for no reason. Clean but would not rebook this location.

Not a nought space for 3 vehicles I was notice that was space for 6 vehicles and street parking, the was no parking tow away zone, the code for the door takes 3 o 4 time to open, I found roaches in tha house, spider on the bed, and the deck ai sefety with couple holes rotten wood.

It was very nice and very clean we appreciate Brittany for bringing us extra towels also and all the accommodations made for the stay ! Plent of space and just like pictured! We enjoy our mini get away all together here! The kids loved the pool it’s massive!
