DESCRIPTION: Coastal elegance describes this spectacular large family home, located directly across the street from the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island! You will fall in love with this home the minute you step inside. No detail has been overlooked in this professionally decorated high end home. From the gorgeous tile, granite, beautiful flooring to the top end appliances. The home has a reverse floor plan, to ensure there are no obstructions to the breathtaking views. The second-floor hosts five of the eight bedrooms, while the third/top floor have the last three. The top floor is also where you'll find the primary living area including the living and dining room, with a spectacular ocean scene. Eight bedrooms, seven and a half baths allow for a large party to gather while being able to enjoy peace and solitude in the six private en-suite King rooms. Two of the King en-suite bedrooms on the bottom floor share a balcony leading out to bask in the sunset before settling in for the evening. The last bedrooms have one with a King, one with a twin over twin bunkbed, sharing a Jack-n-Jill bathroom. All bedrooms at Mariner's Crossing have a TV and a closet. The living room has a balcony of its own, offering yet more of an opportunity to let in the salt air and ocean breeze. The home also has an elevator. *Please note this home is not wheelchair accessible and is for convenience only. If the elevator unexpectedly becomes inoperable, stairs are required. The exterior is just as impressive with two open air decks offering stunning views of the Gulf waters. Savor the nightly world-renowned sunsets from the comfort of the Rooftop Deck with your favorite cocktail in hand. Afterwards, gather everyone together for a home cooked family dinner enjoyed alfresco on the open-air patio. Make a splash in the private heated pool - this tropical backyard offers all you would expect out of an island getaway! The covered patio is complete with outdoor seating and gas BBQ grill, you will simply fall in love with this fantastic outdoor entertaining space and won't want to leave! Family and friends will enjoy the game room equipped with a ping pong table, foosball table, extra refrigerator, and beach gear. This fantastic location puts you minutes to all the island attractions. Try out local eateries on Bridge Street or head north to enjoy beachy chic shops on Pine Avenue. Don't forget about the free island Trolley service that runs from the North end to the South end of the island every 20 minutes! POLICIES: NO PETS. NO SMOKING. Registered Guest must provide copy of ID, be at least 25 years of age and be present throughout entire stay. Standard occupancy is 2 persons per every standard bedroom, an additional occupant fee of $25 per person/per night will be assessed for each occupant over this up to max occupancy, if applicable. Quiet Hours 10p-8a. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Reservations are typically taken for 7-night Saturday-Saturday stays. However, we can offer flexible stays with varying minimum night requirements and non-Saturday check-ins/check-outs during most of the year with exception to holidays and peak weeks unless city ordinances prohibit it. Always feel free to ask prior to booking to see if this is a possibility as we may not be able to accommodate changes after booking. CLEANING AND SAFETY: All our homes and linens are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between each guest per industry standards. A starter set of basic amenities, linens, towels, and bedding are provided at the beginning of your stay per home occupancy. Daily housekeeping or linen services are not included in your stay. Additional cleaning and laundry services are available by request mid-stay at additional charge. For stays of 28-days or more, a mid-stay clean will be required to be scheduled and paid by guest at additional cost. This home participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are provided according to the home's occupancy at the beginning of your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility between each guest. Please keep in mind extra sets are not kept in homes. GOLF CART RENTALS: Golf carts are a fun and easy way to get around the island! After booking, reserve one for your stay with our sister company, Once Upon A Beach Carts, for an exclusive discount for our vacation rental guests! BABY EQUIPMENT RENTALS: Baby equipment is not available for use at the home for safety and sanitation reasons. We are however partnered with local companies offering rentals of these items including pick-up and drop-off. Information is provided at time of booking or inquire directly. POOL & SPA (if any): The pool is heated year-round at no additional cost for the convenience and comfort of our guests. Pool temperatures are set between 82-85 degrees and will not be set higher due to keeping proper chemical balance, clarity, and cleanliness of the pools. Due to strict city noise ordinances pool heaters and filters do not run during the hours of 10p-8a. Please note that cooler ambient temperatures (20-degree difference between water and air temperature) may result in pool heater unable to compensate the difference. We are not responsible for cold spells causing cooler pool temperatures or unexpected failure of equipment. Please note that a residential spa is a section of pool that once turned on provides relaxation, misting bubbles and warmer temperatures in the high 90s - low 100s but are not permitted to remain on 24/7 or will not reach temperatures like that of a commercial hot tub. Spas may not be operational during the months of June - September to avoid high temperatures of pool water which is detrimental to keeping proper pool chemical balances. Guests are required to read and abide by all posted rules, safety and operating information. Under no circumstance is any guest allowed to adjust pool equipment. Failure to abide may result in guests being fined or liable for any damages to equipment. PROPERTY SECURITY/SAFETY: Please note this home may be equipped with Ring, Nest or other exterior cameras viewing front door, driveways, pool equipment, and entry/exits of backyard areas only. Cameras are only intended to keep property safe and secure, monitor deliveries, assure occupancy, and are not angled into any areas where guests would assume or expect privacy. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please review the details of our Cancellation Policy page or Terms & Conditions at booking. We encourage you to review as OUR POLICIES HAVE CHANGED as of MARCH 25, 2023. We continue to offer refunds of deposits for cancellations (for stays of 28 days or less) made greater than 60 days to arrival, however all cancellations are now subject to a non-refundable booking admin fee. We continue to offer our US Citizens guests (with exception to residents of NY and HI) the option of purchasing CSA Travel Insurance directly with us. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase Travel Insurance in the event of any unforeseen eventualities. Refunds or credits are not provided for COVID-19 related cancellations, weather or beach conditions outside of our cancellation policy. Hurricane season is June 1st – November 30th. This is a beautiful home conveniently located 50 yards from public beach access. The home is very clean. The owners made a real effort to stock the kitchen well with the cookware and serve ware you'll need during your stay. This home is directly on Gulf Drive, the only road that runs the length of the island. While the location is great, the busy road made us very nervous with small children. Overall, the home worked great for our family, and we would stay there again.

This is a great property so I am glad that we found it. The high end appliances, bathrooms in every room (and still half bath for main area), elevator (even if a bit slow), huge spa/hot tub, TV by the spa & pool, quick walk (2 mins tops) to your spot on the beach, kokonut hut for island drinks 2-3 mins walking away, and great decks to see the views were all incredible.

Really great getaway! Everything was great from the booking process to the check out. The management company, AMI Locals, was very responsive to all of our thousand questions we had before we arrived. They even had a concierge department that helped us book a golf cart and fishing excursion! The house is right across the street from the beach, so the views from all the decks are stellar! The décor in each room is really cool... my son loved the surf board room, but all of them are really unique and fun. The kitchen and living space is nice and open and made for good family time in the morning and evenings before everyone went on their owns adventures. I enjoyed the pool and spa area. Originally being from FL, I appreciate the nice tanning area in the sun and then a fantastic shaded pool and spa! The house was all in all really great and we will definitely return in the future to this home in particular!
