High-speed internet. 1 mile to downtown Swansboro (a quaint city on the water), hammock beach state park with kayak launch, ferry to Bear Island, small museum, walking paths, and picnic area only half a mile away, Jacksonville home of Camp Lejeune is 15 miles away, access to public boat launch 2 miles away.
