Cozy 1st floor apartment. Towels, linens, pillows, and mattresses all new; chosen with comfort in mind. Guests have most enjoyed the Dimmitts Grove Historical district location and having this beautiful neighborhood to walk in & a short drive to downtown bloomington nightlife. Hardwood & ceramic tile throughout with several beautiful plants. Minimal decor with very comfortable beds. Nespresso provided. Guest access Guest will have access to the first floor of the house. Rooms are clean, minimal, and have comfortable beds. Perfect home base to visit with my son at college. He stayed and we had a great time. Beautifully decorated. Very well organized and for superb communication from the host. Will be back.

We weren’t there long, just an overnight on our way south but the accommodations were comfortable with very reasonable rates! So much better than a hotel.I liked that she had tags on all the kitchen cabinets so it wasn’t necessary to hunt through them all to find what you needed. Our hostess was very helpful and responsive.

It was very clean and the check in process was easy. The location to IWU was perfect. This is a place we will look at again when visiting.

Stayed here for a concert at the Castle Theatre. I was happy with the accommodation, cleanliness, and communication from the host!

This house and host were fabulous. All of our expectations were met and the house was in a quiet location. We will most definitely be back! Clean, organized and a very nice place to spend a few nights. Can’t say enough a hit how nice the house was!
