The Space Outside, you'll find plenty of space to explore, a small seasonal creek, and a sitting area to enjoy your cup of coffee, birdwatch, or just take in the surrounding views. On the main level,  you'll find the living room with Smart TV and easy on/off fireplace, kitchen, dining area, amazing motorcycle coffee bar, and two car garage with washer and dryer.  Up a short staircase, you'll find three bedrooms and two bathrooms.  The first bedroom is a bunk room, with a free standing twin/full bunkbed, and a built in RV twin over RV twin bunkbed.  This room also has a closet with toys for the kids. The second room has a queen size bed and Smart TV.  The primary bedroom has an attached bathroom with walk-in shower. Each bedroom features beautiful views and plenty of storage space for your suitcase and belongings. The home has an AC and heater, along with ceiling fans for your comfort in any season! House Rules 1. Communication is key!  Check in after 4pm.  Check out by 11am.  Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm. 2.  Honesty is the best policy! Let us know about ALL guests who will be coming to the house. Maximum Occupancy is 10. Pets require a $100 fee. 3. No unauthorized parties! We know this home holds a lot of people, but we still request that you treat it as if it's your own. No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a minimum $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. 4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas, games, backpacks, and provided amenities, please clean up after yourself so the next guests can enjoy them as well. We understand accidents happen, but please let us know so we can fix it before the next guest. 5. Have fun! Our goal is to host a vacation to remember. Please don't leave trash outside where it will attract bears and other wild animals.  There is a provided trash bin in the garage for your convenience.   If you're parking on the street, park the correct way and don't block the street or others' driveways. 7. Trash pick up day is Tuesday, if this is during your stay please take the bins down to the curb for pick up to avoid excess trash. We appreciate it!
