The extremely well-equipped kitchen is any chef's dream, with its sprawling meal prep space, center island, icemaker, pantry, bar area, and great cookware and serveware. The second TV room is ideal for the kids' weekend morning cartoons, and each bedroom comes thoughtfully decorated with homey touches and soft linens. Younger guests will love the bunk room. Sizable bathrooms ensure that getting ready each morning comes easily, and the private washer/dryer promises that chore time is the least of your concerns. In the converted garage, you'll find a giant game room with Ping-Pong, pool, and foosball tables. Paired with the TV and comfortable seating, this space is great for gameday get-togethers. Head outside and you'll discover the home's true focal point: the stunning lake view yard and balcony space. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. This home has ramps for guests with limited mobility. Streaming services are available; a guest log-in is not required. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
