As you enter the property, you'll be greeted by a serene zen garden in the front. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a Keurig and drip coffee maker, and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. The third-floor deck is the perfect spot to unwind and reconnect with yourself or loved ones, featuring a grill, firepit, and comfortable outdoor furniture. Additional amenities include multiple outdoor areas, central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. Located just one block south of Garnet Avenue, this gem of a home is within walking distance to many local attractions, including over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, trendy shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park. The beachfront amusement park features the iconic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and an arcade. SeaWorld is only a few minutes away, and the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport, and downtown San Diego are all easily accessible by car. SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS (sleeps 10, 9 adults max) 1 Full (1st floor, sleeps 2) 1 Queen (1st floor, sleeps 2) 1 Full, 1 Twin/Twin Bunk (2nd floor, sleeps 3) 1 King (3rd floor, sleeps 2) THINGS TO KNOW -Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process. -There is no garage access for Guests' -Living room fireplace is not for Guest Use -Exterior Ring camera's on the premises at the entry door, pointed outwards. -Top bunk is not suitable for adults. ATTENTION This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. This house was close to everything and the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at. The management was extremely responsive and helpful. The house itself had high end amenities and everything was in working order (not always the case in many other places). I’d definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return to this property!

We gathered two families here for a vacation and had a wonderful time in this home. Everything is perfect: the home has everything anyone could need, all the appliances are top of the line, the technology worked perfectly, and even the next door neighbor was friendly and helpful! The home is beautiful, modern, clean, and spacious. We give it our highest recommendation!

My friends and I had the most amazing weekend at this beautiful home! It looked clean and spacious in the photos, but I wasn't prepared for how well stocked and pristine it is. The kitchen and living area are on the second floor, with huge windows that let in lots of light and views of the neighborhood. The kitchen had every cooking utensil we'd ever need, top of the line equipment, and a great seating area around the huge island, where we spent lots of time. There's also a big dining table. We enjoyed the rooftop deck immensely, for our yoga in the morning and drinking wine around the fire pit at night. Our morning coffee was on another porch off the main living area, and there are other outdoor spaces around the house on the ground floor that are beautifully landscaped, including a fountain and seating area in front. Each bedroom is well thought out with comfortable mattresses, great linens, lots of shelving and everything looks brand new. One of the best things about this house is the proximity to everything- large grocery store and a fantastic coffee shop one block away, lots of restaurants and shops within a couple of blocks, and the beach just a short walk. I can't wait to return to this home - if you're headed to San Diego with a group, it's perfect!

My new go-to place when I am in San Diego! Spacious and clean. Convenient parking in the driveway. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, spa, grocery store and shopping. The upper deck with the gas fireplace made me feel like I was staying at a 5 star resort. The gourmet kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Perfect place for a family getaway, or reunion with friends. The beds are so comfortable it was hard to get out of bed some mornings, but a couple of blocks away is the Better Buzz coffee shop with amazing coffee and pastries. The pistachio croissant is to die for. Can’t wait to come back in the spring for surf camp! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

The property was well managed, well taken care of, and clean which is important. We enjoyed being able to walk to a few restaurants. The beach isn’t super close but within walking distance. It’s definitely a more college atmosphere and became pretty noisy around the neighborhood later into the night.

We had so much fun staying at this house. The house is immaculate and has everything you need! The best house on the block, rock star status (according to the teenagers). The location is centralized and walkable to all the bars and restaurants. We visited Buzz coffee daily and took advantage of the `Bird` scooters!
