Spacious and Well-Equipped: The hotel boasts spaciousness and a wide range of facilities. This aspect creates an environment that has the potential for comfort and convenience Abundant Staff: There is a notable presence of staff throughout the hotel. The abundance of personnel suggests a readiness to assist and manage guest needs as long as it does not take any effort for them.

Neglected Maintenance: The spaciousness of the hotel is unfortunately overshadowed by its apparent neglect in maintenance. The lack of proper upkeep significantly detracts from the overall experience. During my stay, I encountered issues such as non-functional hot water, leading to a room change. However, the alternative room came with its own set of problems: a non-working fridge, broken power outlets, and bathroom door handles that came off upon every use. Such issues are not only inconvenient but also reflect a concerning disregard for basic guest comfort and safety. Loud Music in the Evenings: The hotel's practice of playing extremely loud music until 10:30 PM nightly, along with additional loud music around the pool area and on the beach, significantly disrupts the serene atmosphere. This constant noise pollution is particularly jarring for guests who look forward to a peaceful and relaxing environment. Such an intrusive audio experience is a major detractor for those who value tranquility in their stay. Mediocre Food Quality: Despite boasting a variety of food options, the quality of the meals is disappointingly mediocre and bland. For a hotel that includes 'luxury' in its name, the dining experience falls short of expectations. The lack of flavor and culinary finesse in the dishes contributes to an overall underwhelming dining experience, which is a notable letdown in the context of a supposedly upscale establishment. Superficial Cleaning Standards: The cleaning of the rooms and facilities was noticeably superficial. It seemed that only the most basic and visible areas received attention, while a deeper, more thorough cleaning was needed. This cursory approach to cleanliness was evident in both the rooms and common areas, which detracts from the overall comfort and hygiene standards expected from a hotel of this standing.

La ristorazione non era un granché, cibo monotono, ci siamo dovuti adattare...... praticamente andavamo a mangiare altrove praticamente tutte le sere!

They have good, renovated rooms. Room cleaning was also legit.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been too. 10 stars reviews are look like a joke for me. Food quality is just abysmal, I never seen anything like that ever before: Cucumbers - overripe, tomato’s - too green, bananas- green, pomegranates were ALL rotten, sushi too sour. Food choice is poor. I’ve asked to change rotten pomegranates for 3 days, but all they did - promised to change for 2 days, then during 3rd day they peeled one, and tried to tell me that it’s perfect. When it’s tasted like wine already. Then, they just removed all pomegranates. Service was non existent, I’ve also never seen such irresponsible staff before. They just trying their best at doing nothing. Child pool and large pool are a joke - they are operational but it’s like +15 Celsius. Gym is in AWFUL condition , extremely outdated. They don’t have any good children activities, and kids club. There was a lot of noise in our penthouse due to renovation. Our total experience was like in a horror movie, worst in my life.

V Luxury was a beautiful modern hotel. It was very well kept and maintained, and every member of the friendly staff that we came across always gave us great service and respect. The lobby area- was very nice and the unlimited drinks at the bar was a nice touch for the all inclusive members. Cash point was useful too. Bedrooms- very nice and spacious bedrooms with great beds and seating as well as a balcony with a great view of the resort. Bathroom facilities were good too. Pool and resort- the pools were great, we really liked the heated infinity pool and the slides were great. Hot tubs facilities were nice but could've been warmer. Very nice that it had a private beach and the back aswell.

Wifi- connection was quite bad especially when outside by the pool Location- all the resorts are together on a strip but Sahl Hasheesh is the furthest one. So just something to consider. Food- unfortunately the food could do with improving. The options were very limited compared to other resorts I've been too and food was very bland- at times the food was cold too. Which is a big shame as there are no real food options outside for alternatives given the location of the resort Drinks at the bar as mentioned were a nice touch however the non alcoholic drinks were very average.

The resort and the beach are beautiful; the staff (from the people at the reception to the waiters) are very friendly and let us enjoy our stay. The structure is in excellent conditions and facilities are great. We really liked our stay

Music is too loud, both on the beach and during the evening show. From 9.30 pm to 11pm you can hear loud music in your room even with the closed window, hence cannot watch a film properly or read on the private balcony Food quality could be improved, especially the desserts

After being Burned Out, this was THE PERFECT escape to recharge again for a whole week. Loved the room, comfy bed, every day cleaning, Amazing buffet restaurant with choices for everyone. There is a gym with great equipment in the building beside the hotel which you can use for free. I can really recommend the SPA as well. The spa is separate and independend from the hotel but they made a great deal for me including every day massages, hamam treatment for a very affordable price. Great skilled people for the massages.

It is a lovely property - spacious, luxurious and with all facilities in house. Very good and helpful staff and wonderful bar, swimming pool, beachside shacks and almost everything

Food, though great in variety was not exactly tasty or exceptional. Desserts were repetitive.

Very friendly staff though sometimes a little too intrusive. Very good wine but the cocktails weren't very tasty. Possibility to go diving directly from the beach of the resort. Good to book a room with seaview or garden though the rooms on the western side of the hotel are quieter in the evening but they have no views. Would be happy to return.

It isn't always pleasant to be constantly approached on the beach by the animators and staff from the spa, diving center and beauty center. It would be more relaxing if they only approached me once per day and not 5 times or more. Do bring shoes in the water to avoid stepping on corals.

Not a good choice to live here. Nothing especially good. The cleaning is really bad. They do not change bedding and towel within 3 day🙁 . Lounge bar is not bad.

not clean; Staff yelling in hotel corridors at all times; Employees knock on the door for no reason, and after opening the door, they ask: Is everything okay? Then it was gone. This is very strange. ; We found a bug in the dental kit and were very scared； SPA is bad. I can not understand why 9.0 there….. 😒

Beach was so close to our room and the see os so clean and clear perfect for swimming. Staff are all fantastic specially our house keeper Mohamed. We are definitely going back.

The hotel reception is beautiful. Very clean and aesthetic looking. It always smelled wonderful too. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. Reception staff were always willing to help. There was a lady who sat on the helpdesk who was eager to take feedback about the hotel. She also booked us in for a romantic dinner on our last evening to say sorry for the broken towel rail and dirty towels in our room. The view from our balcony, with the sea and the mountains in the distance was beautiful, especially at sunset.

The WiFi did not extend to the beach area from the hotel or the beach restaurant. Towels were dirty on arrival, and the replacement towels brought were also dirty. I don't think they have a robust process for washing towels as there were stains on the beach towels too. Some of the towels seemed old and raggedy, which was surprising seeing as the hotel is not even 1 year old yet. Towel rail was broken on arrival, although it was fixed promptly on request. Rooms do not look as luxurious as they do in the photos online. Despite the fact that the hotel is less than a year old, the rooms look at least 8-9 years old already. Hotel map was very confusing and not professional as you would expect (i.e. you'd usually expect to see a laminated booklet in the room or have the option to view the hotel map and meal times on the TV in the room, but all we were given was a printed sheet of paper which had the second half of the information missing from it. The food in the restaurants isn't that good. No authentic Egyptian food (other than the buffet restaurant). Most of the food was European/American to please tourists. In addition, the hotel has "late breakfast" and "late dinner", however, the staff pack away most of the food before this starts, leaving barely any food left to eat during those food slots. We were constantly approached by people trying to sell excursions, photo shoots, the spa etc. every day on the beach, sometimes multiple times by the same people despite saying no to what they were selling. On our last day, we were approached by 8 different people within a mere 45 minutes of being on the beach. The owner/salesman in the hotel shop that sells trinkets and snacks tried to rip us off by trying to charge us 800 EGP for 1 fridge magnet, a packet of crisps and some wafer snacks. We eventually paid 230 EGP, but even that was a struggle to haggle it down and still felt like a rip-off.

La playa es lo mejor! Podes hacer snorkel a tan solo uno metros!. El hotel siempre olía bien!… en la playa ninguna presión por venderte nada, solo preguntaban y si no querías solo seguían !! Los que limpiaban la habitación siempre muy educados y todos los días nos dejaban alguna dibujo en la cama ! Y todo limpio !!! Gracias a Mady y speedy ( the christmas tree 🌲 )

El agua de la ducha no salía muy caliente. Hay que bañarse al medio día ! CUIDADO con el CHECK OUT! Por que es a las 12 am y quieren hacerte pagar 30 dólares ( por persona ) si haces el check out a las 16hs - pregunté por hacer en check out y dejar las maletas en algún sitio y me dijeron que NO … Espere a hablar con alguien más, Bemen de recepción, y le dije que NUNCA había visto en ningún hotel que no nos permitieran dejar las maletas en algún sitio! El lo solucionó.. PERO cómo en todo Egipto primero tratan de sacarte dinero ! Si peleas. Lo consigues… igual me parece una falta de respeto que tengan incluso los precios impresos… no es que el empleado se los inventó… la regla es CAGARTE si pueden ! ME PARECE HORRIBLE PARA UN ALL INCLUSIVE !

Bemen help me to book a really good room which can see the swimming pool and the sea!

The facilities especially all the restaurants are great. The House Keeping did a great job cleaning our room everyday.

The major pools are not heated and are very cold so no one uses it. All guests use the small heated pool which can get crowded over time and then they run out of towels. Also, the rooms are not 5 Star - they are quite shabby as well as the bathroom - a below par and quick renovation of an existing building that was part of an older hotel that the V Luxury bought (as told to us by staff).

Very nice resort and aesthetically pleasing. There was always something new to explore and the beach was within 2 minutes walking distance. It is a new hotel so some of the rooms were not completed. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close and there was no lock. You also have to call multiple times if you need something sent to your room, I.e. a baby cot/ iron. This was inconvenient but didn’t impact my stay too much.

The biggest disappointment was the spa. Usually steam rooms and saunas are free to use as it is part of the hotel but in this case it wasn’t. I paid for 3 packages and found that the facilities were very sub par. There was a damp smell throughout the spa. We were allocated the private room which was a nice gesture but the jacuzzi was unclean and the room smelt strongly of damp water. There was no hot water in the shower, only cold. Although a foot jacuzzi is a part of the pedicure package, the pedicure chairs were not working and we weren’t told this. The employees were very kind and refunded me for the pedicure package. The masseuses were also excellent. But the facilities itself was a big disappointment for the price.

It was beautiful the whole way through. Great facilities. AMAZING FOOD! Milad at reception was fantastic. Ahmed at the main bar was so lovely Ahmed at the jacuzzis was so nice And the cleaner Muhammad Hussain was so great at keeping the room clean.

As a black woman, some of the guests made me feel uncomfortable but that’s not the hotels fault at all.

The staff really did an amazing job of taking care of their guests. Khalid the barman made some perfect cocktails. Marjam at the front desk was very helpful and made sure everything we asked for got done. Mahmoen the pool man of our swim up room was very helpful and there was nothing you could not ask him. Hanah from the spa gave great massages! We asked for late checkout and got a special discount from the reception. All in all a good place for the price, especially the service is really 5* worthy.

The diversity of the food could be better. The smart TV in the room did not have access to the internet so it wasn't really a smart TV.

Удобная , понятная территория. Сам отель в бухте и он последний, это преимущество. Есть большая набережная где можно прогуляться. Пляж хороший, чистый. шезлонги и полотенца приносит beach boy. Всегда есть свободные шезлонги, в 5 утра приходить не надо ))) Пляжный бар имеет Потрясающую локацию. Персонал отеля ненавязчивый, вежливый , не пристают , понимают слово «нет». очень порадовал этот момент) Разнообразное хорошее питание! Выбор блюд приятно удивил. Роллы готовят на завтрак, обед и ужин. И они вкусные, что не мало важно. ☝🏻 Баранина, курица, индейка , рыба, морепродукты ( крабы, креветки, кальмары). Большой выбор фруктов (хурма, гранаты, апельсины, мандарины, грейпфрут, яблоки, бананы, дыня. Сладостей много, но про вкус сказать ничего не могу, не пробовала. У нас был номер 3020 на 1 этаже. Комфортный. Ремонт свежий. WiFi работает на всей территории отеля ( на пляже тоже). Есть подогреваемый бассейн, но он маленький. Большой бассейн холодный! Рядом отель Pyramisa . Можно пользоваться его территорией , ресторанами и барами. Это преимущество только у гостей The V Luxury .

Конечно отель не Luxury как заявлено в названии))) Есть минусы: В отеле 5***** Белье постельное полусинтетическое 😳Честно сказать ни в одном отеле такого не видела. Даже в 3*** белье из 100% хлопка. В душе плохо работал слив, вода застаивалась. Уборка номеров оставляет желать лучшего. Тарелки в ресторане часто попадались грязные. Непромытые. С жирными пятнами. Вывод: если вы перфекционист то вам однозначно не в Египет! Была в 3-х разных отелях Египта. И у всех +- одни и те же проблемы. отель правда очень неплохой по меркам Египта!
