Stn-22-37 The Space: The first floor of this Tilghman home is perfect for spending time with family and friends. A well appointed kitchen is the heart of the home. A great place to prepare a meal. If you'd like a quiet spot to relax and enjoy that morning cup of Joe, head out to the front porch. A back deck and patio will be a great spot to BBQ. A primary queen bedroom with en suite rounds out the first floor. Upstairs guest have a full shared bath and two large bedrooms. Guestroom 1 offers a queen bed with a daybed allowing for a family style suite. Guestroom 2 offers 2 twin beds. The backyard of the property is a great spot for a game of Cornhole or the late night Smores craving at the firepit. Guest Access: Key coded entry. The Neighborhood: Local neighbor Getting Around: Car, walk and bike Other Things to Note: All our homes contain property specific guides to things like WIFI, pool and spa rules, thermostat directions etc.. These guides will be in the kitchen and throughout the home. A property lease agreement will be required. Talbot county code requires this on all licensed Short term rentals. We recommend they bring additional for their use. Sundries are not supplied at this location. Interaction with Guests: The guest experience is to our main priority and we are available to guests as needed. We provide a 24 hour contact for all guests while on property. We ask that they contact us between the hours of 8am and 8pm unless it is an emergency and needs immediate attention. Guests are notified of check in details 48 hours prior to arrival. Check out instructions are texted within 24 hours of departure.
