Located in Kitty Hawk, this lovely house for $638 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This dreamy waterfront home is true southern charmer. All brick Georgian Colonial located just after the Wright Memorial Bridge to the South, in Kitty Hawk with western views of the Albemarle Sound. The convenient location lets you avoid spending your time in traffic getting to your destination. It is near shops, restaurants, golf, and the beach. Quiet neighborhood has a trailhead leading to Kitty Hawk Woods Reserve. Perfect for making your dream Outerbanks vacation a reality as it has something for all activity levels. Bring your windsurfer, paddle board, or kayak and launch from one of the local public boat ramps or drop in at the private dock. Enclosed garage with garage door opener lets you store your water and beach wares. Dine in or lounge with your favorite beverage on the large back deck or porch. Want to get out of the sun? Read a book or nap under the branches of our namesake Magnolia tree or under the ceiling fans on the screened porch. Did we mention the views? Unobstructed sound front views can be enjoyed from 3 of the 4 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and all 3 bathrooms. Furnishings and washer/dryer are all new. The entire home has been freshly painted. Sturdy 100’ dock has a mean water depth of 2’ to 3’. Interestingly, water depth is dependent on wind direction more than tide. Therefore, water depth is variable and can be unpredictable. If you like to fish, bring your rod and reel and cast from the dock. Fish are active, especially in the evenings. If you like to grill, pick up some propane, and start up the large Cuisinart grill made available for you on the deck. Sunset viewing is an event to celebrate. Play some music, sit back in the Adirondack chairs, and enjoy. Ring cameras located outside front door and garage. Inactive ADT motion detectors inside.

This house did not disappoint! The lovely dock made for a beautiful view of the sunset each evening. The location was perfect. It seemed as if you were isolated but only a few minutes from anything you need. The host attended to the most beautiful details and was completely attentive to any need we had. Thank you, Karin!

Such a lovely home! We so enjoyed our stay at this absolutely stunning newly renovated/decorated home with luxurious sleeping accommodations for EVERYONE and with multiple family gathering spaces. Sunset views from the backyard, back deck, and private pier are amazing and make perfect photo backdrops. The screened porch offered a cozy hang out space on the rainy days. The fresh breeze is scented with gardenia and jasmine from the beautifully landscaped yard. I had to "stop and smell the gardenias" every time we ventured out. We rented kayaks for the week, and were able to kayak and fish daily directly from the backyard pier. My husband caught his all time best catch when the weather brought in a school of redfish! The beach at the Southern Shores access is beautiful, and the public beach access near Dare Recreational Center is great for evening walks. Both accesses have nearby uncrowded tennis courts. We enjoyed an art/craft fair and numerous nearby shops and restaurants in Corolla. Please try the blue crab meat tacos at "I Got Your Crabs"! With Carawan's Seafood Market, the numerous local farm stands, and the well-stocked kitchen, it was a hard choice to eat-in or eat-out. Overall, there was much more to see and do than we could possibly tackle in a week. I guess we'll just have to come back. After all, we have a new favorite place to stay! Thank you Karin for all of the attention to detail and special touches that made this stay so relaxing.
