Enjoy tree top views of Lake Travis, full access via the optional golf cart to neighborhood pool, golf, disc golf, tennis, boat launch, marina, floating restaurant with fine dining, parks and the neighborhood island/beach! More fun toys include an outdoor basketball hoop, paddle boards, beach chairs, sand toys and an ice chest!

Great place for our family weekend.

The host never communicated with us until the day of the presumed stay after we called VRBO. We were on the phone with VRBO for a while only to realize the host double-booked the property and failed to inform us. Finally, VRBO got us in contact with the host, who was giving the property to the other family who had it booked after us. Instead of trying to accommodate us with pricing and such, she suggested other properties in the area last minute that had very high prices, and then hung up on us. Thus, we were stuck in Austin without a place to go. It took us 3 hours after on the phone with VRBO to be told they couldn’t do anything and that we had to stay in a hotel. Vacation was ruined, friends from London who were visiting had a really bad experience. In the future, check your email, answer your phone and have better communication, especially if there is a mishap with the booking.
