Fabulous Foothills Retreat is just off the famous 76 Strip in a quiet area with light traffic and close to everything you’ll want to do in Branson. Our 2 bedroom 2 2 bath condo will make you feel right at home with more space to enjoy your stay. Make yourself at home and enjoy cooking in our fully equipped kitchen. Kick back and relax watching your favorite program on tv. Everyone will enjoy the amazing amenities in the clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna and a fitness center. When it’s time to rest you’ll sleep comfortable on the king size bed in the master bedroom or queen size bed in the second bedroom. Whether you stay for a night or a week, you’ll be glad you stayed with us!

It was very nice beautiful place to stay it is a good location not to far from activities . Very clean and comfortable

Location is amazing!!! But the pool and hot tob in the club house was so nasty we couldn’t use them and was the main reason we booked this condo. With in minutes of checking in we found a dirty crusty wash rag on the rug next to the couch, stuff on the counters and stepped on something painful on the hard floor. The Jacuzzi tub is incapable of enjoying a relaxing bath also too.
It’s is close to a lot but I’m unsure if it is worth the rest and $

The bedrooms carpets were nasty. There was a a big stain on the ceiling in the living room area. No lock on the patio door. Needed dusting behind the tvs. Paper under the bed in master bedroom. Couldn’t find the key to go to the pool.

Beautiful place. Close to strip but very quiet. Walk-in was perfect with no stairs.

Wonderful trip and relaxing accommodations. The only complaint is the master bedroom needs a ceiling fan. The host was great about communicating with us.

Great place to stay - great location & no steps - close to the strip - directly across from the club house with pools & hot tub. Downside was to be no smoking but the place smelled like stale smoke & guest bath floor was not clean. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

My sister and I stayed here with my Dad to take him to Sight and Sound for his 86th birthday.
The condo was wonderful. Definitely the way to go.
Location was great and still VERY close to all the activity of Branson.

This property was the absolute best!! Clean and spacious with plenty of room to spread out for five people. Beds were very comfortable. Close to everything you want to do in Branson. 10 out of 10 would stay here again!!

The property is by the road so it is very loud and busy. Ear plugs is what you need!!

Negative: sticky kitchen floor and countertop. No hair dryer.
