Unexpected Late Check-Outs are set at $100/hour. -Guests are welcome to use the grill and propane is provided. In order to keep our cleaning cost down, we do ask guests to clean the grill after every use. A $50 extra cleaning fee may apply if the grill is left dirty. -Internet must remain connected. We have various monitoring (non-recording) smart home devices (i.e., Smart Door Locks) to facilitate remote services via the internet (i.e., updating your entry code to allow early check-in). Guests are asked not to disconnect any of our smart home devices. There is a $200 Device Reconnection fee for each disconnected device. -Pets are welcome! We have a one-time $100 pet fee. A pet fee will be charged even if the pet(s) are not correctly added as guests. --Please pick up after your animals. An extra cleaning fee will be charged if we must pick up animal waste around the property. You are responsible for your animal's actions and damages. If an extra cleaning is needed, you will be charged for the additional amount. If your pet is used to being on the sofa or bed, please provide protections to place on top of them. -10 Guests are included in your stay.
