It was clean. And there was hot water

It is located almost half an hour away from the airport. When I showed up at the property, the caretaker was cleaning up the place and was surprised to see me. She was under the impression that she had 24 hours to get the place ready. There was no food to be found anywhere. I stayed there a total of 5 hours. I was charged for the entire day. She insisted on cash. I had to get an Uber and and go all the way back to the airport to find an ATM which had adequate amount of funds. And after all that, I was reported to Booking.com as a no show.
