We came down for NJSA and we were wowed when we opened the door. The place was immaculate, it was very clean and very comfortable. The location was in a very nice and seemed very safe. We will definitely be booking this place next year for our trip to Perry!

This house is very comfortable. We were extremely impressed with everything it had. The host were very nice and replied right away. We drove down from Michigan so we could spend Christmas with family. The house was so warming, cute and comfortable that you felt like you were home. Definitely will come back!!!

Property owner communicated well and was extremely helpful making a last minute reservation for the New years holiday weekend. (Daughter went into labor early) Property was extremely clean, well equipped and furnished. Comfortable couch, beds, pillows and large tvs in all of the bedrooms made for a comortable stay. Didnt use much in the kitchen but has everything you would need even for the long term. Fenced back yard and safe surroundings. Will definitely stay again. Thank you Mitch

Book this one! We had a great time attending the Winter Wonderland dog show! The house was perfect and owner was soooo nice, answered all my questions immediately and allowed crated dogs which is wonderful! We needed the back yard and just a place to talk and hang out-perfect!

Great location, close to everything in Perry. The host was kind enough to provide some snacks and drinks in the fridge, and the kitchen was well stocked enough to cook a meal. Awesome place to stay, would stay here again in the future!!

Rooms are spacious much larger than the pictures makes them look, and beds where comfortable. The area was quiet and conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Would book again.

We are from Mobile Alabama and my husband is working at the frito lay company up here. We had our camper at a camp ground and during a storm a tree fell on it. We had to get it to campers in. And find a place to say fast. Mitch was so accommodating with early check etc. we couldn’t have ask for a nicer guy. The town home was very clean, pretty and comfortable. So sweet were our drinks, snacks and coffee left for us. If ever we need another place in this area it will definitely be this one.

2024 it is a newly renovated tastefully appointed home. It isn't a typical rental as the linens and bedding were very nice and comfortable. We come to Perry quite a bit and look forward to a return stay.

This was a great property for our reason to be in Perry. Very clean and looked brand new. We were there for the regional dock diving competition for our pup at the fairgrounds and it was a great location. Fenced back yard, everything was really perfect! Very accommodating owners. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to the Georgia Fairground & Agricenter where we attended the USDAA Dog Agility Regional competition. It was so nice to be able to relax after long days of competition. The host was so responsive to our questions. The house was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this VRBO.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was immaculate, well- appointed and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Mitch, the host leaves you a few coffee pods, sweetener, etc. Great snacks,a few waters and sodas, which we all enjoyed. The home was one of the cleanest I've ever had the pleasure of staying in--and we stay in VRBO(s) at least 3 times a year! Our friends were so impressed with the home--it was the first and only VRBO they've ever stayed in. I truly can't say enough about how nice this home is. It even has a nice, small, fenced back yard for a dog. There was dish soap, salt and pepper, dishwasher pods, trash bags, new pots and pans, nice dishes comfy beds, comfy sectional couch. Stuff you are never sure if a VRBO will have! We will definitely be back next year! Thanks for a wonderful stay, Mitch! You've ruined us for other VRBO's!!

We were here on business with some staff and the townhouse was perfect! Very clean and exactly as described. Mitch was amazing with communication and we had zero issues! I would recommend this to any of my friends or family! Will definitely try to stay here for any business that brings us back to the Perry location.

The house is so clean!! It’s actually so much bigger than what the pictures show. Very comfortable and had everything we needed!! It was perfect for us. If we had the option to stay longer we 100% would. Mitch was so nice and accommodating and we’re glad we picked this place. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

I have used vrbo for years and have always avoided townhouses at all costs. This place has changed my thoughts on that. The home is very clean, well decorated and comfortable beds and bedding. Good location to perry and warner robins area. The owner thought of small things most do not, like snacks and drinks on fridge and shampoo, body wash laundry detergent etc. These small additions are great way to make a 4 star home a 5 star. Would highly recommended this home and would definelty stay there again. The only suggestions i have is maybe add a small gas grill in back yard and a firepit with 4 chairs for hotdogs/marshmellow roasting with kids. Would still rate 5 star without those additions, they are literally the only things i can think of this place could use to be any better. Thanks for sharing your home with our family.

Loved this rental! Clean, comfortable and so many thoughtful, personal touches. Great fenced yard area for the pups. 10 min to the fairgrounds and right down the street from so many food/grocery options. Will definitely stay here again!
