Great property. Visiting family in DB and needed extra space to stay. Great amenities - stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. Very clean.

This property is part of a little resort community that is super cute and very well maintained and very quiet and just a 1 minute walk to the marina which made it so convenient to use our boat during our stay. We could even go out for an hour in the morning or evening and it was no hassle at all. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The little cottage was set up very well and everyone noticed how well stocked it was. Usually these places are lacking in cooking tools and things like coffee and spices but this place has been very thoughtfully stocked with anything u could need both in the kitchens and bathrooms. The outside porch area was fun to hang out on in the evening and since it is covered we could even sit out when it showered one evening. It is a very peaceful little place. The only negative, and I hate to even bring it up, since our stay really was so nice was the stairs/ladder to get to the upstairs bedroom. It looks very modern and was obviously designed to be space saving but it is actually a hazard. The steps are way too far apart making it extremely easy to stub toes and trip, anyone with mobility issues would struggle. We were all healthy adults and all of us found the stairs awkward, I found myself dreading going down them at night, so definitely it is a concern and I would say they should be adjusted to be safe, you had to think about each step both going up and down them. But otherwise a super nice property and we would definitely stay again!
