There was nothing good in the property that we liked .

The Worse holidays of my life. we reached the property around 5.30pm. Just dropped the bags and went for the dinner. We reached back the property around 8.30 , we could not get into the property, the keys were not working we’re out for more than 3 hours . it was a nightmare that my sister was 7 months pregnant with 2 years baby waiting out side the property in cold. we tried to contact the booking. com , fortunately they received the call they said they will call the owner of the property and will get back to us . They did not even call back. any how we got in and we realised that There was no hot water available in the property. None of had shower.
