A propane gas grill, a ping pong table, and an outdoor shower are underneath the house. Walk up five steps, and the interior staircase has a chair lift. While we expect this to be a net positive to everyone (more sand and larger beaches), there is a small chance there will be construction on the beach and/or beach closures near this home. Check-in time: 4PM; Check-out time: 10AM. A 50% payment is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% automatically charged to the card on file 30 days prior to your check-in date. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require a full payment at the time of booking. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. POOL NOTICE: The pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee of $60.00/day (added to your reservation after booking) for October- May. If not requested at the time of booking, this option must be requested and paid for at least two days in advance. Pool heat can only be requested for the entire length of your stay. If you would like to add this option do so when making your reservation or contact us during office hours. No refunds will be given, including if weather conditions prevent your use of the pool. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revoke the homeowner's business license. Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
