3 bdrm home with lots of space, 15 min walk through Nature Conservancy to beach
About this house rental
Nestled in West Cape May, this lovely house for $717 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Come for the quiet and the ocean. This spacious three bedroom home in West Cape May is surrounded by green but an easy walk to beaches, restaurants, and farmers' markets. With Beach Plum Farm and the Willow Creek Winery about a five minute walk from the house past fields and a farmers' market, the landscape is an exhalation. From the second floor you can glimpse the lighthouse at Cape May Point, and in fifteen minutes you’ll reach its beach by walking through a nature conservancy filled with birds. Some days you can hear the ocean from the front porch and at night, the sound of tree frogs. Swim near dolphins at sunset and visit the Harriet Tubman Museum to learn Cape May’s incredible abolitionist history. Walk to Duckie's Farm Stand for sublime rice pudding or down Bayshore Drive for horseback riding. Swinging chairs on the front porch, a second dining space in the screened back porch, and large backyard filled with flowers. The house is a refuge. Three bedrooms with queen beds, each with plenty of space for an air mattress (provided, twin-size). One bedroom also has a trundle bed (two twin beds). The nook on the second floor has a futon that converts to a double bed, but there is no door for this area. The sunroom is separated from the kitchen by folding doors: the couches in there could be used for sleeping, though they are not fold-out. Please bring your own linens and towels or arrange to rent them.

We found the place well outfitted, tastefully decorated and we really liked the location. It was equally distant to good hiking, the beaches and the Washington street scene. The owners were very responsive. The neighborhood was quiet.
All in all, a great vacation.

Beautiful, clean, and so welcoming. Located near everything you could want. Dog friendly home with nice yard. We were there in December and the home was warm and cozy. Will definitely come back. Thank you to Taije and Zach for a great weekend.

Definitely a fully equipped, lived-in feel home!
6 of us were supposed to stay (3 elderly), but due to unforeseen circumstances 4 had to back out.
There was way more than we needed or chose to use on the property.
Close to some favorite spots like Cape May Lighthouse, Sunset Beach, Willow Creek Winery & Beach plum Farm!

This is a lovely house in a nice quiet neighborhood in close proximity to some good restaurants and markets. It's a quick drive into Cape May and all it has to offer. The house is homey, comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need. The owners are very nice and communicative. We hope to return!

We had a great time at the house. We loved the quietness of the street and the location in West Cape May, which is off the beaten path but centrally located to all that the Cape has to offer. The upstairs loft with futon and the living space off of the kitchen provided the extra space for any overflow of guests or if you want to escape from your partner's snoring! The big dinning room table was great for playing board games. The weather was a little rainy and overcast but it didn't matter because the house was still enjoyable. Our 5 year old loved the "nest" porch swings.

We had a great time at the beach house. Close to the beaches, quiet street. House was set up perfectly for a family and is well furnished. Cooked a few meals in the kitchen which was great too.

This was our first time visiting Cape May and we had an awesome time! Taije and Zack’s home is comfortable, spacious, and relaxing. We were a family of 5 with a dog, the house and yard was big enough for us all to spread out yet also felt cozy for gathering and spending quality family time. The art makes it feel like someone’s opened up their home up to you, instead of a generic rental house. We also appreciated how stocked the garage was with beach stuff. Thanks Taije and Zack, we look forward to visiting again!

Nice roomy, clean house, thoughtful amenities -could have more bath towels available. Had I known I would have brought some. The bikes need maintenance. Overall it was a very nice house close to everything.

This property is perfect for families. The house feels like a home. The location is set in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Whether you prefer walking, biking, renting a golf cart its easily accessible.
The Westside Market had a great butcher and fresh made salads. Duckies market had produce, yummy desserts and condiments. CVS, liquor stores and restaurants all near by.
The home has spacious rooms, multiple "living" areas; great when you have multiple people of different ages. Everyone in our party loved the screened in porch. We ate most meals there having the grill right outside was key. The ping pong table and playing basketball out in the yard. Plenty of extras to make your trip easier like board games, deck of cards, beach chairs, sheets, pillows blankets etc. The kitchen had key items for cooking & hosting. If you have a family member with paws this home is absolutely pet friendly and comfortable for them as well.
The hosts are easy to communicate with, check in & out was easy. They leave you with any pertinent information about the home and area.
Thank you for having us. We had a great Father's Day Weekend with our entire family. And we look forward to returning!
