Enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay at this cute little Bungalow located near Historic Old Folsom. Tastefully renovated 3 bedroom 1 bath unit with access to backyard and covered patio area. Hike or bike to Johnny Cash trail to enjoy a picnic with spectacular views of Folsom. Or take a stroll in the Old Folsom downtown area. Master with one king bed and a desk space. Second bedroom with a queen bed and a second desk space. Third bedroom with two Twin XL beds. It’s a one storey 1030 sq ft cottage built in 1958 with yard space adjacent to Vibra hospital and proximity to shopping center.

We found this home to fit our needs for our recent stay in Folsom, CA. We appreciate the dog friendly atmosphere for our dog as she really liked the dog bed that was provided and trails close by for dog walking. This home is not only inviting, but close to shopping and activities in the area in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay in this home again.

Very thoughtful hosts. They had everything we needed in this nice, clean house to make our stay comfortable. Communication was excellent. Check-in and check-out were easy. Would stay here again.

We loved this house. So very comfortable and had everything we needed. Very pet friendly with a great yard. Perfect patio for dinner outside or coffee in the morning. Will definitely stay here again when in Folsom. Hosts were the best !!!!
