This stunning private home offers 5 bedrooms and 5 baths, nice ocean views, elevator, private heated saltwater pool, and much more. You must experience this island gem! It is a short walk to the public beach access and our beautiful beaches. On the ground level, you will find a huge garage w/ oversized garage doors and a Tesla charger. You can store all your beach gear and toys. The first of five bedrooms is on the ground level: twin over twin bunk bed with a wall mounted TV and private full bathroom with walk in shower. From here you may use the oversized elevator or solid oak stairs to arrive in the bedroom level where you will find one of the two primary suites with its own private, covered deck, a huge double vanity area, walk-in shower, and custom closet. This floor also offers two additional bedrooms, both with queen beds, and a shared full bathroom. The next level up from here is the main living area, which is truly sensational! The space is filled with natural light and boasts a kitchen like no other offering a propane gas range w/ downdraft on a grand, quartz island, cabinetry to the ceiling with custom under cabinet and toe-kick lighting, walk-in pantry and more! The dining area is well-positioned with ocean views and flows nicely into the spacious living room with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. There is also a propane fireplace for those cooler evenings. You will find a full-size bathroom, large laundry room, and second full size fridge on this level as well. Additionally, the covered porches feature composite decking, tongue and groove wood ceilings with warm ocean breezes and views. On the final, top level, the 2nd primary suite encourages relaxation on the quaint deck with a beautiful view of the Atlantic. The backyard area is fenced in and includes the private heated saltwater pool, loungers, patio table and chairs, an outdoor shower, and a gas grill. We have a parking for four cars. We also include beach bikes, beach chairs, and a beach wagon. Enjoy all that Carolina Beach has to offer - outdoor music, summer fireworks, the famous boardwalk, restaurants, great seafood, bars, ice cream shops, coffee shops, pizza, a summer carnival, and of course Britt's Donuts. Also, on our island is the Kure Beach pier, NC Aquarium, Fort Fisher historic Civil War museum, and if you have a 4-wheel drive vehicle you can drive out onto the beach at Freeman Park! Check in is 4:00PM and check out is by 10:00AM This is a no smoking, no pets property You must be at least 25 years old to enter into a rental contract We provide the bedsheets, bath towels, pillows, bedspreads, blankets and even large beach towels. We decided to spend Thanksgiving at this beautiful house and it far exceeded our expectations! The house was immaculate and incredibly well stocked, they had everything and more needed to feel right at home. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we'd like to make this an annual tradition. I'm already in the process of searching the calendar to book our next stay. Thank you for the much needed family getaway!

Just a couple blocks from the beach, a short walk to restaurants, and a short drive to shops, aquarium, state parks and more. House is gorgeous. The elevator was great for luggage and groceries. Property management was accessible and promptly responsive. Any questions or concerns were addressed.

Although we were there during a tropical storm, it was very homey and relaxing. The beach is easily accessible which I loved! Didn’t get to enjoy the beach or pool much but I couldn’t think of a better place to ride out the storm!! The elevator gave us trouble once or twice and if your traveling with smaller children I suggest you bring a few baby gates, but other than that, the property well very well appointed and had everything you needed to feel at home.

My family and I had a great time. Coastal Charm is a beautiful home. Great proximity to the beach access. The pool was perfect and honestly where we spent most of our time. Elevator made bringing luggage in and out a lot easier. We were the first group to stay there so there were some very minor issues but nothing off putting. Excellent communication with the property management group. Very responsive. We were having such a good time we decided to extend our stay. We will definitely be back next year and look forward to making more memories there for years to come.
