We stayed overnight while on a road trip. Room was good. Kitchen area a little cramped. Shower was leaking onto the floor. Room was comfortable.

The hotel and front desk staff were excellent! The housekeeping service was poor as we asked that our room be cleaned and the housekeeper pretended she didn’t understand English. She never cleaned the room or gave us fresh towels.

The front staff was absolutely fantastic. They gave us information about places to eat and about things to do in the area. Highly recommended!

Right off the i95 which is convenient when doing a roadtrip. Area feels safe overall. Be aware that migrants are being housed here (mostly young men) and the hallways reek of pot. Wouldn't want to stay more than 1 night.

Everything was great

This hotel is one of the best suite-style, economy hotels I've ever been too. Very clean and well maintained (I believe the just opened last fall). The amenities (laundry, free breakfast, kitchenette in the room, etc) were impeccable. The bed was SO comfy (very important for someone 7 months pregnant) and the room was quiet. But the real attraction was the staff. They were SO friendly and hospitable (especially Cam) and they made sure I was as comfortable as possible. If my travels ever find me in the Petersburg/Colonial Heights area, I will definitely be staying there.

We always stay at Townplace Suites when we can. This property is right off I-95 and has been open only a few months. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Many, many dining options are nearby. Our location was quiet and comfortable.

Very clean, staff are great. Rooms are spacious and well equipped for those of us who like to prepare our own meals.

New, very clean and modern. The A/C, heater was difficult to get right. either too cold or too hot. finally turned it off.

Awesome place to stay

Everybody was so polite, professional and courteous. The only concern I have is false advertisement those are not Is sofa beds They were hot as bricks. With no cushion.

Nice hotel, it’s new so that’s always a plus. Loved the decor, clean, comfortable and in the middle of everything. Nice bar and fire pit area. I’ll be returning.

The 1st room smelled like old grease. I reported it to the front desk & I was upgraded. The upgraded room was clean, but still had a weird smell, I purchased a Febreeze plug in, for my stay. Overall, my stay was nice.

Great hotel for a mid way stop on the way to Florida from Montreal! We enjoyed the breakfast options and super spacious rooms. The stairwells at each end of the property made it easy to load/unload. Highly recommended!

Stayed here while visiting my son at Camp Geiger. The staff were very friendly and helpful! It happened to be beautiful outside so we were able to use their gas grill located by the pool. The pullout couch was very uncomfortable! We did ask for a cot which was a more comfortable option. The hotel location has a lot of nearby shopping and dining options. This is a pet friendly hotel but I thought the cleanliness could have been stepped up a bit. Some of the dishes in the cabinets were not cleaned very well and missing utensils. Overall was a good option for the price. I would stay again.

Very nice hotel. But they do not have daily housekeeping like it says in the description.

Room was quiet clean and had every amenity you could expect. The check in with Kam was the most pleasant welcoming check in I have ever experienced. Kam is a great ambassador for the hotel.

Needed a place to stay for the night on our way home from New York. This was a halfway point. Nice hotel. Very comfortable!

Brand new hotel, great value for the price if you’re staying for a couple of days: the rooms large and well laid out, the bathroom was spacious and had a great shower stall, and the full kitchenette was wonderful to have (a full-size fridge! Key for leftovers, plus they let us borrow some cooking utensils so we could make a couple of meals in the room). The only problem we encountered was that our television, and the outlets on one side of the room weren’t working: by the time we found out, it was too late for us to ask to change the room since I had to work all day. The mentor was very nice about it, and I appreciate their efforts outside of that. Breakfast is included, it’s usual fair (eggs, meat, potatoes, some cereals, etc.), but one less headache to have to deal with in the morning. Especially since this is right, where I 95 I 85 meet each other, will definitely be staying here again if we are traveling up and down the east coast

Seems to be one of the newer accommodations in the area. Hope they maintain the high level of cleanliness and quality.

Great place

Everything was very nice. The room was clean and very well stocked. The only complaint I have is that the breakfast options were a bit limited. I went back to the breakfast area after eating my meal to get a piece of fresh fruit and there wasn't any.

The staff here cannot be beat! Kam and Kirsten went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed to be comfortable. A note to families - the sofabed in the King rooms is just not meant for sleeping. It was hard as a rock because it’s not an actual mattress. They did offer us extra blankets to help soften the board-like surface, but we ultimately requested to change to a room with 2 queen beds. They were very accommodating and let us change rooms so our daughter could get some sleep. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious. We would stay here again. My only suggestion would be to add a waffle maker to the breakfast selection.

Very nice unique layout to the suite. Hallway carpet seemed older, but it was clean. Loved the room!

The breakfast to the hostess was excellent
