Horrible, terrible and disgusting experience stay

First of all the rooms are really bad everything is not in order, most of the things are not operating properly. The rooms are over priced yet they are very small and ugly they are not even that neat site lamps are Brocken,bath tabs and etc... that place is horrible we left there very traumatised and the owner is so disrespectful and arrogant, he didn't apologies to us he is very racist.

They should stop advertising lies and stop over charging people for that kind of unhygienic accommodations like that. The owner need to take customers concern seriously coz that place is really terrible.

A total scam of a worn down house.

The location of the house was good. The rest was a total scam.

Major waterleak from shower into living room. House dirty and the information regarding what we rented was misleading. Pool unusable due to dirt. Aircondition in one out of 3 rooms did not work.

It was just as pictured.Very clean,spacious and modern,and very beautifully located.

Nothing at all.All was just as advertised and the wonderful hostess Zodwa just made our stay that much more comfortable.She was welcoming from Day 1 and always ensured we were well taken care of throughout.

Highly recommended

Location was good Room was clean Just like pictures Zodwa was really helpful and very cooperative I would definitely recommend this place

If you are driving you will have to park in the street . However it’s safe and we didn’t have issues with that .

Villa pleasure bomb

Location of property is perfect. Absolutely beautiful view. Great lookout point from your room. Waking up being sun-kissed was awesome. Great sunsets especially whilst in the pool. Friendly staff. Venue was well facilitated meeting all your needs. Room and ensuite was so spacious I particularly loved the free standing bath. I would advise anyone to book the Penthouse suite. Complete spoil. I am definitely going again soon.

A no go!

The views of Capestays Villa Infinity was the only good thing

I was booked to stay in this property but was informed that a double booking was made and then checked into CapeStays Villa Infinity. I did not end up staying there as my sentiments are the exact same as many other guests and reviews. The caretaker/manager is indeed very friendly but I think the house is used as her own home with friends and non guests using the house and pool. When I went to store my luggage in her room until my room was ready there were buckets filled with alcohol. Another couple that checked in the same day came to ask how I feel about the property because they did not feel comfortable with all the people and also mentioned lots of alcohol and substances. I was not very happy with the cleanling of the room and was worried about staying there when the couple said they will cancel their booking and were leaving. I went to my function and later that evening returned to the property, at arrival there was a male sitting at the front door on the chair with only pants on. As a female travelling alone I did not feel safe enough to stay at this property. I was refunded but the owner clearly does not take the reviews written very seriously, as many guests have written the same I see. Therefore, booking.com should not associate their name with such a property.

Awesome experience, would definitely be coming back.

Zodwa was such a lovely host, very helpful and always helps with a smile on her face.

Communication with Patrick is a bit of a challenge, I was hoping to get a quotation and availability for my next stay but unfortunately I am still waiting for feedback.

Great location, Fantastic house but it was dirty, not kept, ill-maintained and poor service.

The location was great. The house has the potential to be fantastic. The cinema was a nice touch. The braai facilities are good. It is great house for entertaining.

The house was not cleaned. There was a woman who was supposed to be the cleaner, but she did not know how to clean. She blamed the "maintenance" team for not cleaning properly. There were at least 50 empty alcohol bottles on the counter outside by the braai area. There was a full ashtray inside the house. The carpets were dirty. The fridge was dirty inside, the light switches were grimy. All the bins were full and standing inside the garage. It looked like they had been there for too long as there were maggots. The door to the main bedroom could not close, and the blinds in the other bedroom were broken. The shower in the en-suite of the main bedroom did not drain properly and there was mold on the roof of this shower. We alerted the host of this and when she came around, I asked that they attend to these the following day while we were out so that the maintenance team does not disturb our work while we are there. This did not happen, and the maintenance person came in the afternoon while we were trying to have a strategy meeting, which involved much concentration. He was drilling and hammering, which was very distracting. This was our annual strategy time, and we paid a high premium to hire this house for this purpose and we could not concentrate due to the distractions. He fixed the bedroom door and painted over the mold (which just appeared again through the paint), instead of cleaning it off first which we suggested to him initially. The broken blinds were removed but never replaced so my colleague had to sleep in a room with a streetlight outside the entire stay. The pool was dirty and had to be attended to after requesting this. This was another distraction while trying to work. There was a pool table, but we could not use that due to a missing white ball. The woman who lives there, who is supposed to be the cleaner, had to be asked to leave the house several times. She wanted to watch TV while we were there and on other occasions too.

A beautiful house at a great location with a fantastic host (Zodwa aka Zoe).

The host (Zodwa) was super friendly and fantastic. She welcomed us so well and took us through the house. She really made our stay a memorable one. The house was super clean. The bedrooms are big with awesome views. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi.

Everything about this house is great.

I loved everything about the place. From the room the view 👌 and the jacuzzi and its not far from all the popular places. The host made our stay extra special. Definitely worth every cent. I'm booking this place again on my next visit.

Pleasant

We were not able to use the jacuzzi as it wasn't working. Also the house lady watches TV in front to its uncomfortable to ask her to watch TV somewhere else. She's really nice though

everything the different rooms to choose from. The pool the view from the bedroom the huge tvs the movie theatre the table tennis pool board. fire place ,jacuzzi Wi-Fi the host was very nice and easy to communicate with. and also rooms very spacious and nice location close to the beach and close to many amazing food places

Hot tub sunsets views over Cape Town, incredible.

Blown away by this stay in Cape Town, absolutely amazing. The pool is perfectly located on the sunniest side of the house, with an outside braii area too. The best bit has got to be the hot tub, we watched the sunset within it and it took my breath away. The whole house is so stylish, and spotlessly clean. Brilliant team and service throughout! Couldn’t recommend more!
