Άνετο σπίτι! Μπορεί εύκολα να φιλοξενήσει 5 άτομα. Πολύ κοντά στο μετρό. Ήσυχη πολυκατοικία. Καλή προσέγγιση από τους υπέυθυνους. Άνετα κρεβάτια και μαξιλάρια.

Η κουζίνα θα μπορούσε να εξοπλιστεί λίγο παραπάνω.

Siamo stati in questa struttura per una settimana e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Gli appartamenti erano nuovi e tenuti molto bene. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, tra le altre cose ci hanno aiutato anche a trovare un parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Non avremmo potuto chiedere un’accoglienza migliore.

Se proprio dovessimo trovare un lato negativo sarebbe il quartiere. La zona non è il massimo se si gira da soli, ma in gruppo non abbiamo avuto alcun problema.

dobra lokalizacja w dobrej cenie na krótki pobyt w Atenach

Bardzo spokojna/cicha miejscówka, co na Ateny nie jest łatwe. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obiektem, świetna współpraca w temacie wsparcia transportu z lotniska. Samo miejsce stosunkowo blisko centrum miasta, ale w spokojniejszej dzielnicy. Apartamenty nowe, kompleksowo wyposażone, czysto i przestronnie. W okolicy sklepy i kawiarnie.

wszystko było w porządku i zgodnie z przedstawioną ofertą.

Comfortable and a good value in Athens

It was very close to the metro, which made it easy to get around. There were plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby which have anything you need. We appreciated that bedroom had a blackout curtain and an AC, it made for a restful night’s sleep. The kitchen was well stocked and the hosts were very responsive.

We were in the basement unit, something I didn’t realize beforehand (pay attention to what unit you are booking!). It wasn’t bad, but didn’t have the same bright and airy as the photos from the upper stories. The echoes from people being noisy in the stairwell were quite loud. The floors were a bit dirty, but we mentioned this to the hosts and they were very apologetic and took action to resolve the issue immediately, so I’m sure it will be better for future guests.

Very clean and modern. The booklet containing everything you need to know about greece (supermarket, restaurants Etc)

Nothing. If i could just make a wish it would be to change the shower curtains. They get sucked in when I take the shower which was a bit annoying when taking a shower as it keeps touching your body. Other than that, none.

Amazing place for the price they asked

Wonderful couple welcoming us with a smile even though we arrived at midnight and we were late. Beautiful quiet appartment that we could open with our phone if needed. We will definitely come back there if we visit Athens again.

Nice and comfortable apartment

The apartment was quite good, seems that it was recently refurbished and this make it looks very good. It was quiet and clean, having all the necessary equipment. Beds were big and comfortable and the apartment was very well isolated from the street (a bit noisy). It had a small terrace where two people can stay properly seated.

Perhaps the location surrounding the apartment doesn't look very good at night.

Very cozy . Wonderful manager!

The manger was very helpful with recommendations. She always wanted to know if everything was great with the apartment. The apartment is quite close to the metro stop and easily accessible. Quite some nice shops and restaurants around too for a great price. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful new rooms but neighborhood wasn’t ideal for us.

Beautiful sparkling clean rooms with all new fittings. Very lovely hosts.

For two females traveling alone (I was with my young daughter), the neighborhood did not feel the safest for walking at night (my Greek friends who live in Athens agreed with this). Also, we had the rooftop room which didn’t have an indoor lock (like a chain) so I didn’t feel comfortable that the door could be opened by anyone with access to the digital lock link. An indoor chain lock would help alot for peace of mind. Finally, the windows looking onto the rooftop had no curtains and you could look right onto our bed from these windows so I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping without being able to close curtains. The rooftop had another entrance (it was not only accessible from our room). This is easily fixed so probably won’t be an ongoing issue. Otherwise the room was extremely nice and my daughter liked it.

Friendly people and good value for money

Everything was perfect, neat and clean apartment, good location and friendly people. Ted ,Nixous, and Aspasia were very helpful and reliable. Anything required, we just go up and speak to them, and they provide us immediately. The location was good near restaurants, supermarkets, and Metro station. I recommend this apartment to everyone, and we will definitely rebook it again with good value for money

It was brand new and very reasonably priced.

It was a little far from the town square but once we figured out the train it was very easy.

Comfortable good location. Modern and new.

Modern spacious. Fully equipped for long stayers. Close to Victoria metro. Bed comfortable.

Traffic noise and doors banging when guests come and go. My suggestion is to have quiet closing doors.

The Perfect Stay in Athens

It had all modern amenities that even 5 star hotels don't offer. Located in a peaceful society with the metro and the bust stop within 5-7 minutes walk. Hardly 15 minutes away from the hustle bustle of the city center. The staff is extremely cordial and helpful. The place is highly recommended.

Memorable night in Athens!

The apartment is brand new! We were the first ones to stay and we really enjoyed it. We checked in automatically and when we were lost Nick helped us immediately with the careful directions. Very quiet but main street, close to Victoria Square, like 4 minutes walk. The apartment was very clean and we watched a lot of Netflix!!! Thank you guys, you made our stop to Athens memorable.
