This property has a great location. Easy walk to downtown Hyannis (lots of restaurants, bars, and shops) and to the shore. And easy to find. The neighborhood is very quiet. There are two suggestions for the property owners: First, it was cool over the weekend that we stayed and there were no blankets for the beds. We ended up going to Target to buy our own. Secondly, the bathrooms are super nice as they have been upgraded. However the suggestion is to turn up the water heater. Our showers were lukewarm at best. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Barnstable.

We had a great stay here! The property was a good size for 3 couples and dogs. The property was very clean which is the most important thing for me. The property had all the things we needed and was in a good location to drive to most parts of the Cape. The host was also super helpful. We had an issue getting into the property at the beginning but I was able to contact the host instantly and it was resolved within minutes.

Six of us (all adults) stayed here for two nights. We found the home to be a good value. It’s not fancy, but it does the trick. The mattresses were of varying degrees of quality and comfort. For example, one of the twin beds is very modern and comfy, while the other is thin and you can feel the springs when you sit on it. The showers were newer and roomy, but the water pressure, overall, was low. Older house, so perhaps to be expected. We never cooked, so I can’t comment much on the kitchen. The location is fantastic with easy walking to most everything. Note that no shower soap is supplied. Bring what you need.

Very nice property, owners have done a beautiful job with the restoration of a classic, Cape Cod home. Lots of nice amenities to make sure guests have various options for spending time and very close to everything happening in Hyannis. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you.

Stayed with family and pets at this cute home in lovely neighborhood very close to downtown. Space was good w/newly renovated bathrooms. Good backyard with leads for dogs & some lawn games available. Loved the front porch for coffee & turkey watching (w/chicks!). It’s a quick car ride to the beach and other nearby towns. Great communication with the owner. Thank you, Celeste!

A perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway! The house is so quaint and clean, with an adorable front porch perfect for sitting and watching the world go by. Plenty of space for sleeping, eating around the dining table, and watching tv. The bathrooms were nice and seem newly renovated. Great location for walking to Main Street restaurants and shops, and even the ferry for a day trip to the vineyard! Would definitely return again in the future

Had a wonderful stay at this comfortable home. Walking distance to Main St and plenty of fun places close by to take our two grandsons!

I stayed at this property for 4 nights with three teenagers and 2 10-year olds. We all found the location to be very convenient, and we enjoyed the very short walk to Main Street and back several times. The house was clean and I appreciated having cleaning supplies handy to keep up with it during our stay. We had a good supply of paper plates and towels. There was plenty of silverware as well. A few things I may suggest to have on hand in the home are measuring cups and spoons, a large mixing bowl (I made do using the largest pot), and an outdoor grill. The George Foreman grill made excellent grilled cheese- it worked like a panini press! The (Ninja, I think) air fryer works great also!
It was wonderful to have access and use of a washing machine and dryer during our stay; I was unable to locate a light switch for the basement where these are located. There is a flashlight in the kitchen, and my phone flashlight worked just fine.
Having beach towels in the home was much appreciated. We did not have the opportunity to use the beach umbrella or chairs in the garage, but love that these were available for us.
The property manager Celeste communicated as needed during our visit, and was always pleasant and helpful. We all enjoyed our stay, and would most definitely stay here again!

Great spot for a week on the Cape! Walking distance to shops and restaurants downtown, a 5 min drive to Ferry, and multiple beaches within minutes. 5 min from cape cod mall which was great during a rainy day. Check in was a breeze and everything as advertised. Beds comfy, smart TV in living room, quiet neighborhood. Great stay!

We were seeking a cape home for a family wedding. We did not want to rent for a week as it was not vacation. We also had hoped to be able to bring the dogs. This home fit the bill. Perfect home for our family of 4 and dogs. We could easily walk to Main St for breakfast. I would recommend this home if you are seeking accommodations in the Hyannis area.

The place is just as pictured. Location is great with easy access to the town and beaches. House has AC units in the three bedrooms which were helpful given the heat this summer. Yard was good for a dog. Nice dining area and living room.
Floors caused our dog some anxiety as he has a fear of glossy floors. Won’t trouble most folks.

Great location. Nice to be able to bring the dogs.
Place was impeccably clean. Would be nice to have an outside grill

Home was nice, recently updated bathrooms were a nice touch. Walking distance from downtown area and a short drive to the ferry. Plenty of space for a family of 4-6. It was nice that the owner supplied plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and Kleenex, you don’t always find that in rentals. Lots of beach towels too! Very much appreciated being able to book less than a week. Great central Location on the Cape.

What a great spot to base out of. It’s easy walking to Main St restaurants and shops. The availability of split weeks is a bonus. I couldn’t do the Sat-Sat thing.
