Starting from the third floor, is the Peach Penthouse. This master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet and an attached spa bathroom complete with a stand-alone soaking tub and spacious shower. Right off the master bedroom is a viewing room and dry bar where you can gather together and view the ocean from inside and out. The master bedroom has direct access to the third floor porch. The third floor is a complete peach retreat. The second level has two bedrooms each with a comfy queen-sized bed. The Eight Flags room is festooned with all the flags that have flown over Amelia Island. The Atlantic Ocean room is a calm, tranquil oasis. The bedrooms are serviced by a bathroom just outside the doors with a tub/shower combo. Across from the second floor rooms is an additional hang-out game room to relax and enjoy each other's company. On the first floor are two more bedrooms; the Cumberland Island room and the History of Fernandina room. Cumberland Island pays tribute to the nearby island with wild horses roaming the Dungeness ruins with on theme artwork decorating the walls. The queen sized bed comfortably fits two. The History of Fernandina room tells the tale of Fernandina through its decor and has two twin beds, making it a perfect kids bunk. The bathroom just outside the doors has a unique shower with a door to the backyard in the shower itself to make coming in from the shipping container pool and from the beach a breeze. The first floor has a gathering room that opens up to the backyard, and the couch can sleep another guest.
