The property itself was as in the pictures. It was in a good location for those wishing to explore Barbizon. Accessing the keys was straightforward and the host provided the code well ahead of time.

The hosts were terrible. They did not provide enough toiletries for the 5 people staying at the property and did not respond to a request for resupply. There was no reception service as advertised - they said there would be a concierge but no one was there to recieve us or check us out. They harassed my friend and tried to extort her.
