The front door wouldn’t lock and the contact/owners weren’t very responsive and couldn’t get it fixed. We had to adapt our plans as we didn’t feel comfortable leaving the dogs in the unlocked property so we couldn’t go out for the dinner we had planned. The shower was intermittently cold and is very poorly designed so the water goes all over the bathroom. There was no response from the contact/owner and no follow up after our stay despite numerous messages and email. Very very poor communication. It’s also located right on a main road with no outdoor space for dogs.
