Situated on the river promenade great view of the Rhein. Two minutes walk away from the main shopping street and right next to the market square with excellent cafes bars and weinhausen. The hotel has its own busy restaurant.

No air conditioning and with the window open constant freight traffic (rail) using the Rhein corridor meant it was noisy.

Staff we very helpful . The food was extremely good and varied

A fan in the room would have helped with the extremely hot weather

The reception from the manager. Who shouted at me in the restaurant that he “never” gives balcony rooms to clients from booking. com! Although we had received a mail stating this. The overall shabbiness of the entrance and stairs to our room. The absolute disregard to Covid procedures. The disinfection stand hardly ever worked and for some reason was moved around according to it’s function or disfunction. The fruit flies that hovered over the bread basket when we picked it up! The general disregard for guests on the whole and the strange smell that lingered everywhere but especially in our bathroom.

Location, room choice, view from room, friendly staff, parking was easy.

Breakfast was great. The location was great, as well.

They didn't have hand soap. They had difficulties with wifi in the room.
