This spacious and beautifully renovated character home sleeps 13 & is only a 2 min drive to UW-Oshkosh and 25 min drive to Appleton! Old charm meets new in this recently updated home with professional decor. New memory foam mattresses in all bedrooms. Smart TVs in both living areas and four bedrooms. Firepit & seating area outside! Three season room. Games both inside & outside! The kitchen is fully stocked, prepare meals while visiting with family & friends. Enjoy the coffee & tea bar! Master Bedroom: Located on the first floor off the dining area. Queen bed with memory foam mattress. Attached full bathroom. 43" Roku TV. Closet for storage. Bedroom 2: Downstairs. Queen bed with memory foam mattress. 43" Roku TV. Closet for storage. Washer and dryer are located in this bedroom. Bedroom 3: Upstairs. Three twin beds with memory foam mattresses (one twin bed and one twin trundle bed). 43" Roku TV. Kids playroom area. Closet for storage. Additional towel hooks are available in the bedroom. Bedroom 4: Upstairs. Queen bed with memory foam mattress. No TV in this bedroom. Closet for storage. Bedroom 5: Upstairs. Two queen beds with memory foam mattresses. 43" Roku TV. Closet for storage is right outside bedroom in office area. Second bathroom with a stand-up shower is located upstairs. Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash! Makeup towels are also available in both bathrooms along with hair dryers. Second floor living area is all set up for entertaining and fun! A full couch, 43" Smart TV, dart board, foosball table, and board games are all available for guests! All Roku TVs are setup in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services! Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen using Greenware pots & pans and silicone utensils. The lower dining area has a large table that will accommodate 8 with chairs, and the upper dining area has a smaller table that will accommodate 4 with chairs. A starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap and toilet paper are provided. Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! Both a Keurig and 12-cup coffee maker are available. We also provide a starter set of ground coffee, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia! Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located in the bedroom immediately off the lower living room area. For your convenience, laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked in the laundry area! An iron and ironing board are also available in the bedroom closet. The backyard is set up in the summer and fall with 8 Adirondack chairs and a propane firepit! Several yard games are stocked in the back shed for guest use. The driveway has space for 2-3 cars to park depending on vehicle size; please do not block the sidewalk while parking. Some parking may be available on the street. We are available for guests if needed via messaging! Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience. A $25 separate grill fee is applied for any reservations that request, or use the grill during their stay. This fee covers the cost of propane & additional cleaning time required by the cleaning team. $250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets. Guests have access to the entire home. Downtown Oshkosh & UW Oshkosh are only a 2 minute drive or 10 minute leisurely walk from the house. Uber and Lyft services are available. Please be respectful of our home and our neighbors. Many have lived in the neighborhood for decades. We are the only short term rental on our block. This home is located in a neighborhood that has a mix of primary residences and rental homes. The home is directly across the street from a church and school. The neighborhood is very easy to walk! The home was built in the early 1900s, so you will notice some of the upper floors are uneven. These quirks definitely add to the character of the home! The windows can be tricky to open due to the age of the home; sometimes it takes a little elbow grease! - Guests must be 25 years or older to book. - Government issued photo ID is required for booking to verify identity. - No parties or events allowed in the home. A $500 fee will be applied to any bookings that host a party or event, and booking may be terminated immediately without refund. - No additional guests other than those indicated in the booking allowed, maximum of 13 guests allowed in the home. - $250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets. - A $25 separate grill fee is applied for any reservations that request, or use the grill during their stay. This fee covers the cost of propane & additional cleaning time required by the cleaning team. - No smoking, including vaping, is allowed in the home. - No candles or open flames allowed in the home. - Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home. - Please be respectful of neighbors; music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 10pm and before 7am. - Property has exterior cameras for security of guests and property. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front porch and yard, back yard, side yards, garage and driveway areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation. - Tampering or disabling of wifi will result in immediate termination of the reservation. - Please remove your shoes when in the home. - Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out. - Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay. - Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation. - Trip insurance is recommended with your stay as the cancellation policy does not include covering for sickness or weather circumstances.
