Walking distance from the Metra Train station for an easy access to Downtown Chicago. This home is a lovely getaway for a family or a group! The Space Comfy open space living/dining room and a Large kitchen with full amenities. The fully fenced yard is perfect for your furry friend. Large driveway can park 6 cars and/or a RV.

The home was very comfortable - it was modern and the beds were good. Unfortunately the repairs to make it rentable were not high quality. The bathroom sink in the half bath was leaking when we arrived. The door frame of the basement bathroom had fallen off & was lying on the floor when we arrived. The shower door in the upstairs bathroom would not stay on the track. However , none of these problems would deter me from renting again. They were just inconveniences.

What a lovely home. Well thought out renovations and very comfortable for a large family. Host was very responsive to all our questions and concerns.

This house had 4 bedrooms with King beds…so nice for our family. One bedroom has twins, great for kids.

Ceiling Lights in hall and 2 bedrooms not usable. Wrong bulbs . Not dimmable causes lights to flicker. Great open area . 4 king size beds with thick foam mattresses. Grass has not been cut in a long time. Didn't realize another bathroom in basement right away . Sliding door could have better signage. Kids loved pool table. We were not notified on booking of cleaning fee.

We had a perfect stay. Moving in a couple of Wheaton college volleyball players. Super convenient & perfect for what we needed. Thank you!

We went to Chicago for a Cubs game with our adult children and grandchildren. There was lots of room for the entire family to hangout and plenty of beds for everyone sleep in. There was a nice public park nearby for the little ones to play too.

The location was amazing- so close to the train station. House was updated and beds were comfortable. There was a pile of dust and hair on the floor when we first entered that I had to clean up. Swept the floors and it was full of black dog hair- probably left over from the previous guests. Cleaning crew didn’t do a good job to get it nice and clean. No drain plug in sink of main bath upstairs, no cold water in half bath. Doors were painted white and were hard to fully close/ open. Limited toilet paper and dishwasher tablets. No kitchen washcloths and only two hand towels. Strong musty smell throughout the house. Broken handle on one of the kitchen cabinet s. Door code failed to work about halfway through and the owner never got it to work again. Backyard could be fixed up nice with the fire pit. Nice to have the pool table. With a few changes this could be a wonderful stay.

We had everything we needed, plenty of room for the 7 of us. The location was perfect for our stay as we had family nearby and used the train. It also has easy access for nearby bike trails. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and would happily recommend your location.
