Relax on the deck and enjoy the view of The Greene and the wonderfully active area! Washer and dryer available on site. Order carry out from one of Daytons/ Kettering restaurants or make dinner in the nicely appointed kitchen! Extra blankets. Access to entire property except owner’s storage closet. Humidifier,HomePod,Netflix, Philo Cable, Wi-Fi,Airfryer,Coffee ,Sparkling Bubble or Winery House rules will be strictly enforced. No parties or gatherings, no smoking in the home,in the hallway closet

Unfortunately the entire apartment building reeked of weed. The apartment unit itself was as described but no getting around the smell. Which wouldn’t have been a big deal if I didn’t have my infant with me. Unfortunately unable to get a refund. We didn’t end up staying here at all and made other arrangements.

The property was as advertised - no surprises and easy check-in/check-out procedures. Very convenient location being right across the street from The Greene with multiple stores, restaurants, fitness center, movie theater, and easy access to I-675.
