Situated in Edmonton, this charming house for $223 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Stay at the beautifully renovated, retro, 5-bedroom Bungalow with wood, tile and vinyl flooring. There is no carpet and so no allergens that go with them. It has an electric piano too. It is a house with character as it is an older house though well-maintained. We price it low to reflect that. This house is not suited for a perfectionist. The house is located in a premium neighborhood, at the end of a road and next to the ravine with no through traffic. A stocked kitchen, a sturdy Foosball table + Karaoke machine await you. The 5 beds and 2 Sofa beds accommodate a maximum of 12 Adults when sharing beds. Bedding is provided accordingly. Additional people can be children sharing these beds. Nightly price is dependent on the higher of the actual number of guests checking-in AND the number of guests updated in the reservation within the cancellation window. Unauthorized individuals will lead to cancellation without refund. 2. Tampering with any health and safety monitoring equipment will lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund. 3. You accept responsibility for safety, actions and liability of all guests, supervision of accompanying children and following house rules. 4. No parties, smoking/vaping, marijuana/drugs, weapons. Additional charges $350+ will be adjudged. 5. No conducting a business on the premises. Remote work is fine. 6. Self-check-in while respecting neighbors' peace. Residential noise is not permitted from 10pm to 7am, 7 days a week. 7. If optional physical key is provided, place it back in the lockbox. Losing it will incur a $250 charge. 8. Only personal vehicles can be parked. 9. No moving around of the furniture, furnishings, or sticking/nailing anything. 10. Repairing any of your damages is your responsibility or repair/replacement charge will be added. 11. We are in no ways responsible for any accidents, injuries or damages to the building or your possessions that may occur during your stay. 12. Indoor garbage bins are provided with bags in the kitchen and the bathrooms. If they are filled, please drop the tied bags into the large black bin in the garage. 13. Food and organic waste and oils must not be thrown into kitchen sink but collected in the small green bin provided in the kitchen. Once full, please empty that into the large green bin in the garage. 14. Bottles/packages containing drinkable liquids to be placed in the big blue bin in garage. 15. For any health and safety concern or an emergency, we are authorized to enter the property. 16. Unapproved check-out past 10 AM will incur a $50 charge and past 12 PM will incur a full day charge. This does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations. 17. Please close and lock all windows and doors, close all lights, switch off large appliances and disconnect small appliances when you leave the property. 18. Additional cleaning charges may be assessed if the house is left unusually messy and unorderly. Thank you for staying with us.
