This home is located 8 miles from Starved Rock, 2 miles from downtown Ottawa, and only 2 blocks from Kroger Grocery. Enjoy your day hiking Starved Rock, then come home and relax with dinner on the back patio. Cap the night off with a family game night around the pool and ping pong table. This ranch house is spacious providing and open concept floor plan and no steps in the home. It offers a full-sized kitchen, with everything needed to cook a family dinner. There is a beautifully remodeled master bathroom off of the master King bedroom, as well as a full bathroom shared between the two queen bedrooms and the dual twin bedroom. Each bedroom offers ample storage, and the master bedroom offers a dedicated workspace for traveling workers. In the living room we offer a full-sized pull-out couch with a 58-inch Roku TV and plenty of games for the kids in the kitchen Cupboard. Finally, the entertainment room boasts a full sleeper futon, an additional TV, a full-size pool table and a ping pong table topper. The entertainment room also has a washer and dryer. Additional info: Although we are pet friendly, we do require a one time pet fee of $100. We love sharing our home with all our guests. However, due to prior disrespectful renters and property damage we will only accept booking requests from: -- Renters who are above the age of 22. --Renters who will be staying during the reservation and are not booking for someone else. **Although there are no steps in the home, each shower requires you to step-up into the shower and there are no grab bars installed at this time. The backyard is currently growing grass and has a grass net on it. Please try not to walk around on the backyard until we can get the netting removed as it may cause a tripping hazard.
