We had a great time, only complaint is the listing says there is a pull out futon to sleep on but there was no futon. Only saw air mattresses in the closet.

The Property was well kept. Great location to Seven Mile Strip Near the airport

This was our second trip to Grand Cayman in the past year. The property is fantastic, clean, and comes with a plethora of amenities including normal-sized bar soap, and full bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. This is not typical in my experience of a VRBO. The property manager was very attentive and answered immediately with any questions we had. We were four adults, so two of us slept on the twin beds. I’m 5’4” and my feet could dangle off the edge so I don’t know if I’d recommend for adults but for a family it would be perfect. The view is of the pool, not the ocean. There is no sand at this beach as most of seven mile beach has been wiped out. So if you’re looking to walk on the beach, that’s not going to happen. If you’re going to be exploring the island, this is perfect for you to just come to sleep.

No beach left. Have to hop off a wall or walk around, but that’s really a minimum problem. Beautiful grounds and of course the views!

Property was maintained very well we were very pleased

Everything was wonderful! Everyone that we met at the property during our stay was extremely nice! Everyone is so friendly on the island. The beach was small but very nice! It was your on little private beach.

First time visiting Grand Cayman and loved the island. The property is walking distance to several restaurants including two local places across the street and the Marriott almost next door. The first picture of the small beach is accessible from the unit without crossing any roads. What I did not expect was that it is three buildings away. The second picture is the view from the unit. The beach is small and you cannot walk along the water to any other properties as mentioned in other reviews. It fits the 6 chairs as shown. We used the paddle boards and that was nice. Kayaks were also available as maybe bikes? This is a timeshare property (25 years old?)that has turned over so it’s a mix of owners living full time and vacationing. The property was very quiet so we didn’t have any problems using the beach chairs when we wanted to (one time we had to shuffle them around). The unit was very clean and as mentioned in other reviews well equipped to cook, towels, linens, pool toys (I used a noodle for snorkeling for visibility), even sunscreen, shampoo, bug spray, etc. You can snorkel off of the property though there is some amazing snorkeling not far away. We rented a car and that came in handy to get to several snorkeling sites. I’m glad we stayed on this side of the island as the other side is remote (we went once for a bioluminescent kayak tour and had a hard time finding a place open to eat!). The only recommendation is to bring a small travel cooler with you.

We had an amazing time in Grand Cayman. Everyone was extremely friendly. I met a great neighbor while staying at the condo. Very safe, carefree and relaxing.
