Agréable séjour

Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas varié. La vue sur mer est belle.

Grosse frayeur.! A la sortie de l'hôtel, une flèche devrait indiquer à l'automobiliste qu'il faut tourner à gauche. Nous avons évité de justesse un accident car nous ignorions que c'est une route à sens unique....

Excelente Hotel com uma vista deslumbrante!!

A vista que temos nesse hotel é extraordinária!! Pude ver o nascer do Sol deitada na minha cama! O atendimento desde o check-in até o checkout foi excelente, o pessoal que nos atendeu sempre simpático, atencioso e com um sorriso no rosto, nos cativou!!

KATASTROPHE!

Nicht viel...

Was für ein Desaster! Ich habe vom 13.2. - 16.2.2024 in diesem Hotel auf einer Geschäftsreise übernachtet. Erst einmal die positiven Dinge, das Hotel ist relativ neu, sauber und nett gelegen. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren freundlich. Aber, am Abend des 14.2. bin ich in die Bar gegangen, um ein Glas Wein zu trinken. Ich habe der Mitarbeiterin in der Bar mitgeteilt, dass ich eine Flasche Weißwein kaufen möchte, um sie mit ins Restaurant zum Abendessen zu nehmen. Daraufhin wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich kein Abendessen im Restaurant bekommen könnte, da kein Platz mehr für mich vorhanden sei. Wie bitte? Nein, das ginge nicht. Darauf habe ich um Snacks gebeten, da ich hungrig war. Dabei hatte ich an Sandwiches oder ähnliches gedacht. Bekommen habe ich frittierte Schweineschwarte oder ähnliches. Es wurde mir auch keinerlei Alternative genannt wie z. B. ich sollte mir ein Essen auswählen, dass ich dann auf meinem Zimmer oder in der Bar zu mir nehmen könnte. Nichts! Es gab auch keinerlei Hinweis, dass man einen Tisch buchen muss, um ein Dinner zu bekommen. Für mich ist dieses Verhalten ein absolutes NO-GO!!! So kann man mit einem Übernachtungsgast nicht umgehen. Dies hat nichts mit einer Servicekultur dem Gast gegenüber zu tun. Das nächste ist, das WLAN ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Alle 5 bis 10 Minuten brach die Verbindung ab und musste erneut hergestellt werden. Da ich zu arbeiten hatte, ist dieses Hotel für Geschäftsreisende absolut ungeeignet! Beim Check-out wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass man mir keine Rechnung ausstellen könnte, das die Buchung und Bezahlung über booking.com erfolgte. Absoluter Quatsch, wie mir booking mitteilte. Die Rechnung kann und muss vom Hotel erstellt werden. Das Management wollte mich anrufen, um mit mir über meine Beschwerde zu sprechen. Ich habe Zeit und Datum vereinbart, aber der Anruf kam natürlich nicht... Alles in allem eine Katastrophe!

als Zwischenstopp geplant aber so schöne Umgebung dass wir auf jeden Fall zurück kommen 😍

Tolle Lage, wahnsinnige Aussicht, schöner Weg zum Meer, mit Hund ideal

zumindest unser Zimmer und Balkon war nicht richtig sauber sehr viele Staubweben und leider waren noch Obstkerne der Vorgänger auf dem Balkon

Ottima struttura in posizione privilegiata

Ottimo hotel in posizione strategica vicino a Portofino: il centro si raggiunge in 10 minuti a piedi. La vista dalla camera vale il viaggio (anche se la nostra era una camera con vista mare "laterale"), e la grande vetrata in fondo alla stanza fa entrare tanta luce. Staff molto gentile e disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi inconveniente ci sia durante il soggiorno Il parcheggio in struttura è un plus, vista la difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio.

La manutenzione di alcune aree sarebbe da migliorare.

4 stelle poco meritate

La struttura è moderna e gli arredi sono nuovi. La nostra camera era molto grande e la vista sul mare era superlativa. Gli arredi sono nuovi e belli ma forse un po' troppo essenziali. Al bagno per esempio, lo spazio per appoggiare il necessario era minimo ( c'erano dei cassetti sotto il lavabo, ma la superficie d'appoggio sul piano era minima, mancavano dei portasciugamani vicino alla doccia o ai sanitari); anche nella camera sarebbe stato meglio, viste anche le dimensioni conisderate de luxe, inserire una poltroncina o degli attaccapanni o appendiabiti da parete per appoggiare giacche e cappotti.

Il servizio della prima colazione e della ristorazione in genere mi ha deluso e non è all'altezza di un quattro stelle. Abbiamo soggiornato dal 30/10 al 2/11. La sera dell'arrivo, volevamo prendere un aperitivo, abbiamo scelto come accompagnamento un tagliere e il cameriere si è trovato in difficoltà perchè ha detto che non sapeva che fosse sul menu (!), tuttavia, siccome aveva appena ricevuto un assortimento di tipologie di parmigiano, ce lo ha servito insieme ad snack di (ottime) patatine. Per quanto riguarda la prima colazione, la scelta era piuttosto scarsa e sicuramente non adeguata al tipo di albergo che vuole essere. La quantità era poca, non c'era la possibilità di ordinare al di fuori di quanto preparato: no caffè o cappuccino espressi, ma solo macchine erogatrici automatiche, no uova se non strapazzate e anche male- peraltro sempre fredde in quanto il contenitore dove erano contenute non riscaldava, forse era rotto, come il tostapane che non era automatico- non c'era frutta fresca ma solo macedonia, no latte sfuso, e alle 9 l'assortimento era pressoché finito. Il TOP della delusione è stato raggiunto il giorno 1 novembre, quando arrivati alle 8 per la colazione, non abbiamo trovato altro se noni residui del giorno precedente, brioches palesemente appena scongelate (neanche gli elementi base come yogurt, frutta, marmellate sfuse, panini) un po' di formaggi e qualche fetta di prosciutto. A domanda ci è stato risposto che "qualcuno quella mattina non si era presentato"; non c'erano neanche gli assortimenti, quindi ci siamo dovuti accontentare di quello che c'era, per poi fare colazione vera fuori !! La cosa grave non è il fatto imprevisto, ma l'incapacità di rimediare e soprattutto la mancanza di scuse per quanto è successo. In sintesi, location bella, Servizi da dimenticare e assolutamente non all'altezza del prezzo.

Way to expensive for what you get in terms of pool, services and room. Also the spaces outside and the pool are not so clean and the room is too basic for this price (suite 13: bathroom way to small , missing shelves to leave toiletries etc. The room was with empty minibar and even bottled water missing, missing something to sit comfortably inside. Pity because this place has a tremendous potential but missing loving & caring.

Lovely view, considerably limited hotel. Not value for money unless they up their game.

View from the room was excellent (room 12). Staff were really nice. Easy parking and nice elevator.

It was just opened and clearly work wasn’t finished. Even the room still needed painting finished off, and there are barely any staff working there. Breakfast was really limited for a 4 star hotel, not even any fresh fruit. Restaurant and bar just opened but no one was around really. Our balcony door was also broken - it didn’t close - and couldn’t be fixed. Room swap was terrible so we stayed where we were. Location means a 1 mile walk to town, so better to drive for dinner. No robes provided for walking to the pool, which is necessary considering that guests must pass by the reception.

A new hotel in Portovenere

Great hospitality and a team of people who managed to solve some small issues with a smile and kindness. The hotel was still in ‘soft- opening’ stage and we really enjoyed our stay. We will be back.
