Welcome to our “private, Cornell Escape” located just minutes from Phoenix airport and right next to Arizona State University. There is shopping, entertainment, and outdoor activities all within minutes of our home! Our stunning backyard with a pool is perfect for a family, friends, or couple’s getaway! Our outdoor bar that is covered by a gazebo provides a great place to craft up cocktails or enjoy some food. We have plenty of outdoor seating on our new turf to sit back and relax. If you are feeling competitive, feel free to enjoy our outdoor games that we have located on the property. Our extended awning has more chairs and barstools for relaxing. Our fully stocked kitchen has everything from pots and pans to a coffee maker and kitchen essentials. Our kitchen table can comfortably fit at least 4 people and it is located right next to extra seating via barstools at the kitchen counter. Our living room provides a nice getaway from the heat to sit back and watch your favorite movie or show. The 4 bedrooms have queen sized beds and plenty of room for storing any clothes/bags that you have. Our bathrooms are fully equipped with essentials needed for staying clean. Please inquire for any special events, photos, or any other accommodations. The entire Property Via airbnb or phone Pool is Private. The pool does not heat and that is not a jacuzzi just another pool space. 2 Pet max

We ended up being very close to a family member, which was our plan. We had no idea just how close, we couldn’t have planned it better.
We loved having the pool for the 100 degree weather. The pool isn’t large but it was perfect for our needs.
The home climate control is on the Google home thing in the kitchen; which is helpful to know. You can use that as a Bluetooth speaker as well. It is connected to a Spotify account that has horrible playlists. Haha
We appreciated that they supply beach towels.
The kitchen was well stocked. The only missing items were measuring spoons/cups.
The bath towels and sheets were soft and comfortable.and as a pillow snob I was able to find a good one out of all the pillows they had.
Target is super close by. So running to get a water football was quick.
The grill is tiny so unless u have a small group, u will want to make alternative plans.
We will def be back!

House is nice pool is nice neighbors called police before quiet hours though that was a bummer. Overall good communication from host. :)

I did not even get to stay at this place, the owner double booked it. When I put the code in to walk in I opened the door and there was a child sitting on the couch and a whole family was still there
