Two outdoor patio areas...one for visiting and enjoying the river view, and one for eating which includes a seafood boiler, pizza oven, grill, and seating for 12. Games available for kids of all ages. Lots of adventures near by including kayaking, zip lining, aerial rope climbing, antiquing, walking or boating day trips. Can be in New Hampshire or Massachusetts within 30 minutes. Owner is a great guy; very attentive to renters and responds quickly. Wants to make sure your stay is perfect. Graciously allowed us to stay in the house even though he's trying to finish up multi-million dollar renovations. I can't wait to see pictures when all renovations are complete. If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely stay here.
