You’re not far from either the Conway area or Weirs beach. Catch the Mt Washington to points all over Winnipesaukee, or, hit the local spots like Beede Falls, or enjoy residential only access to the local Beach at Big Squam, Bearcamp pond, or The Potholes. Excellent restaurants and ice cream shops, close by in Sandwich, Moultonborough, Center Harbor, and Merideth. Besides the sunset views from the gazebo and porches, the interior will have you feeling cozy. Downstairs you’ll find a family interactive open concept.
