الخدمة جدآ سيئة وبطيئة

مستاءه جدا من موظفينكم بحيث قمت بطلب تنظيف للجناح الساعه 7 صباحاً لقدوم ضيوفي واستقبالهم ولكن تمت المماطله الي الساعه 9 والنصف صباحا ثم رفض طلبي والسبب ان ليس لي الحق بالتنظيف لموعد الخروج الساعه 12 ظهرا !!!! مما ادا الي تعطيل عملي وسببت لي توتر شديد وتعب وارهاق اليس لي الحق بالتنظيف او الجلوس في جناحي نظيفا ولو لاخر دقيقه ؟!

كل شئ رائع وبالذات تعامل جميع الموظفين ، الافطار كان رائع جداً والخدمة متميزة للغاية ..

It was a very enjoyable stay, and I would like to thank both Raouf at Jones Restaurant and Jawaher in the children’s department as well. Satti Muhammad at the reception with Hatoon and Ruaa. You were really very nice and your performance added a lot of sophistication to the dealings. I look forward to visiting you soon. Thank you.

The Resturant’s outdoor for fine dining.

The arrangement teams for celebrity package, and the reception staff where I asked for best view and quiet room .. they offered to me room at 4th floor. Either the rooms at high floor noisy or he is not qualified. Moreover, many floors at high floors are closed and not yet ready.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially Wafaa a trainee in the reception, she helped me confirm a booking in a restaurant and made another one by her recommendation and it was great. And I loved the attention to the little details in the room , like the appliances so clean and new

They should put pictures more detailed of the suite in profile at the booking page, because it’s not shown that it has 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen with a dishwasher and stove and oven, a big fridge with freezer, it was new and really amazing

لايوجد تدفئة رغم انه موجود في مواصفات الغرفة وطلبت دفاية من الاستقبال ولم يتم توفيرها عدم توفر مكرويف ولا ادوات في البوفيه مثل الصحون والملاعق والسكاكين النت ضعيف

Everything from checking desk till checkout time. Staff all are friendly and helpful. Rooms are bigger size and nice view on higher floor. Location is close to restaurant, coffee shop. Room service is well supportive all the time. This is my second time staying with my Family there, and surely will be always my stay once I come to Riyadh.

Price is high, bathroom size is smaller, entrance to the hotel is full of cars. For me it is ok, but others might don't line the Noice coming from outside due to busy area/street just down the Residences.

The overall service was top notch. Amazing rooms with immaculate view of the HARAM. Breakfast buffet had many options that are great for all tastes.

Honestly we did not experience any negative situations.

The apartment was 2 bedrooms and 2 and half bathrooms We were 5 people There is grocery store near by The apartment is full equipped with everything The kitchenette was more than enough but you need to order the plates and glasses and utensils from the reception Location was good as it was “almost” half way to everything The rooms are comfortable and the staff were Exceptional and knowledgeable

The washing machine doesn’t dry clothes So we had to invent drying methods The noise from the nearby construction site

الموقع ممتاز تسجيل الدخول والخروج في غاية السرعة مواقف متوفرة اسفل البرج اخذت جناح بغرفتين واسع ونظيف ومرتب ببلكونة كبيرة توجد مطاعم ومقاهي اسفل البرج

اولاً وصلت الساعه 6 المغرب وموظف الاستقبال كان معصب او منفس من العمل او من شي ثاني مااعرف بس المهم كان استقباله اي كلام واختار لي غرفه اطلالاتها على عماره تنبني وعمال اذا فتحت البلكونه تووووبه اسكن عندكم يعني بالعربي القيمه ماتستاهل الغرفه ولا مكان الاقامه

Too expensive although many facilities are not working such as the spa. House keeping should be better for a 5 star hotel. No concierge!

The apartment is fine but there is some mistakes

The elevator takes long time to arrive, house keeping sometimes won’t clean the room, we cant order breakfast untill 11am

Great property new and clean

The room was not insulated properly 4 nights didn’t sleep cause the road noise is to loud
