Beautiful location. The beach is literally a foot step away. Gorgeous views. Tram is directly in-front. You can go to Alicante or Benidorm amongst other places. San Juan beach is exceptional -better than Alicante. There’s a lot of space and it’s stretched out. There are places to eat nearby and there’s a supermercado which is a walk away. The property is very homely. A little dated but it has everything you need. Air con needs fixing in the main room. But other than that, it’s well equipped. Exceptional view of the beach and sea in the east and you can watch the sun set in the west from the conservatory. Parking is available. Maintenance guy was very friendly and accommodating -very prompt. Owner has a great music playlist!
