Nestled in Columbus, this attractive house for $321 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Summary: Welcome to this gorgeous two-story home located in a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood. It features 4 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests. Create memories with families and friends while staying at our place; we provide everything you need to feel "at home." Pets are welcome with a fee. We would love to host you! The Space: Guests can enter the house through a digital keypad. Once you step inside, you will discover a stylish living room with lots of seating. A staircase can be seen near the the living room. Walk straight and you will reach the kitchen. Off the kitchen is a laundry area and a half bathroom. A nearby door will lead you to a 2 car garage. All bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms can be found upstairs. Guest Access: The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. The Neighborhood: We are located in a quiet residential area and is conveniently nearby major highways, interstates, and shopping centers. Only 15 minutes away from the riverwalk and uptown Columbus! Getting Around: Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged! Other Things to Note: We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests: We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!

Stayed here while my son had a pass from army base. We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet. House looked liked the pictures, it was clean and had everything we needed. I would suggest adding a love seat or chair to the living room, not enough seats for a movie night with family and maybe new pots and pans. The ones they have, food sticks but it wasnt a huge issue. We made it work.

The pics on the internet is not what the house looked like at all. The house was dirty, ac did not work, that was fixed a day and half later. The neighborhood was not the greatest. Over all we were not happy with the house and would not recommended anyone to stay here.

The positives: the furniture was all newer looking, the table sat the number of beds the house held, and there were plenty of cups, plates, bowls, and silverware. The flooring was newer as well. The minimum basics were in the kitchen. I can't comment on the quality of the TV as that is not my expertise, but my family enjoyed the services that were available. The negatives: 1 bed had a dirty set of towels and a top sheet on it (as if a child with dirty hands was near...hopefully chocolate. We found bugs on night 1, but none after this. Every inch of floor molding, door and window molding were disgustingly gross. At this point, if it were a hotel I would have demanded a new room or my money back. The showers were unsatisfactorily cleaned as well and the shower curtain was ripped and new holes poked through. The one tub seemed the only clean surface. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets need to be replaced, they are falling apart and the high-touch areas were clearly not clean. Because my family has food allergies we had to cook all our meals and for the 9 of us that was a challenge. It took 30 min. or more to cook all the pancakes we needed as there was just one skillet which could only cook one at a time. There was a broom and mop but no floor cleaner. There was a very small amount of spray cleaner under the sink. We were provided only 2 dishwashing pods, which wasn't enough for that amount of people. The neighborhood was not desirable, with sketchy people.

Only issue was no where for 5 people to sit comfortably in living room. People had to sit at hard dining table and no ice maker. Should not have to buy ice at a home
