In the back, an amazing screened-in porch (with tiki bar) awaits with an adjacent sun deck and covered deck to be enjoyed night and day. There is also a quaint front deck that overlooks the salted oaks of Channelbend. The ground floor is a unique space that the kids will enjoy. The wrap-around couch with fold out queen size sleeper is great for a movie night! Also located on the ground floor is a full bathroom with shower and kitchenette with microwave. The top floor includes two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a loft area with TV and queen sleeper sofa and a sun deck nestled amongst the trees. The beach, which we know is the best attraction Topsail Island offers, is a short walk away. Guests can use the Channelbend beach access and take in all the sun, surf and sand you can handle!
