The bookings.com photos of the room did not match what we got. We had to ask to move to the correct room, resort was reluctant but finally agreed. The hot tub wasn’t running correctly, that’s why we chose that resort

I liked everything.

Staff was very friendly and it was a great price. The staff was also very friendly to our daughter and dog (which is important to us). The staff also went out of their way to help us with the TV because they did not have directions in our room and there is a bit of a process to get to the TV stations.

It was clearly a hotel that has been bought recently and they have not completely redone the rooms. Our carpet was old, warn out and stained in places. It was clean but you could tell that it has been a well used hotel. Oh and it looks as if you will have access to the beach but you in fact will not have a path from the hotel to the beach.

The lady up front was nice she did give us extra time to check out in the morning!

When we got there we were handed our key after being checked in for to our room it had not been cleaned, garbage on floor and beds not made! The bathrooms in pool area were gross! The floor in our room was stained and one spot looked like blood, there are putty spots all over the walls! Was kinda afraid to walk bare foot!

partial ocean view, had deer say at at night in back yard. staff was very friendly and greeted us every time we walked through the lobby. aside from noisy neighbors (everywhere we go) had a great time and was not far from casino for Halloween Ball 2023

no phone in room to call to office to let them know ow about very noisy neighbors.

Great communication with front desk helper. Exceptionally clean location. Pool and hot tub stay open till midnight which was a great relaxing way to end the day.

Continental Breakfast could use some improvement, maybe offer up some fruit, yogurt, or other options besides cold cereal and muffins.

The staff were expremetly friendly and helpful.

Room needed to be bit more clean. There was some mold in the window. The bathroom door didn't latch all the way.

Seems very dated - room was clean and bed was comfortable - window screens and fittings old and broken. Pleasant staff though and overall very good value for money.

Brand new is super nice! Nothing at all to complain about! Microwave & fridge we’re in my room, so that made it nice..

As soon as I walked into the room, I was impressed. It was clean, had a nice large bathroom, and all amenities. The bed was comfortable, as well as great pillows. They even had dog treats at the front desk for my little dog.

There was nothing negative.

Pool was not ready and closed. Was told contractors were taking there time. Ice machines all did not work. Rust stains in my rooms bathtub. Walls are thin and neighbors are loud and there is no control on people yelling and acting crazy all hours of the night. Fire alarm went off middle of the night because a guest was smoking in her room which is smokeless. Dog poo from previous renters was in the corner. Beds are very uncomfortable and sheets are scratchy. Rooms are dark and windows were very dirty. TV did not work.

East access, clean. Affordable for the area. Amenities are limited but reflected in price. Great staff!

The staff was wonderful. The location was great. The hotel was beautiful.

My son had an allergy attach in the middle of the night from something in the room. Either the heater or in the bed. Possibly the room wasn't cleaned well after a pet stayed there or maybe the detergent on the bedding. Or dust in the heater. We aren't sure. But this isn't something that happens to him and it was something in the room that triggered it. But other than that it was a wonderful hotel with great staff. We would stay there again but probably without our son.

Was an easy walk to ocean and beach walk! Great Air. Room was clean with view of ocean too! Saw deer browsing the foliage! Lot’s of cool birds brown pelicans, bald eagles & common yellow throats! Staff very accommodating for your stay!

Wonderful location, easy to access everything we wanted to do in Ocean Shores. Staff was super friendly!

The bed was horribly uncomfortable and the sheets were were scratchy feeling.

The check-in/out was fast. Location is good.

The bathroom floor was dirty from the previous guest. Around 1:30am the fire alarm on the entire building went on and they evacuted us while waiting for the firefighters. We understand this is not the hotel fault but we staff did not give us any information while we were waiting outside of the building, we saw one of the front desk agents running away and hidding in a corner.
