The staff is the only good thing about this experience
Everything except the staff is bad. My opinion should not list this apartment in booking app or others

I liked the size of room
Elevators were frequent out of service.
Price is higher than the value

* The entrance ( finishing & out looking ) need to be rectified & furniture designed properly .
* The Air-conditioning units in rooms # 15 of the first floor are window type , better to be changed to split units .
* I don't know if there is a reception office/counter in this hotel , also I didn't see the management/or even reception staff .
Generally it's Okey , but in my opinion, the above comments are to be concerned .

Location is close to Haram and takes on avg 10 mins with car.
Apartment is spacious.
Free Internet is great.
Free public parking slots are available.
Bathroom needs renovation.
You need to take care of transportation means to and from Haram.

Location is very peaceful uou wont feel that you are in madina
Very far from Masjid Nabwi not walkable you need to take a ride

Location is 35 to 40 min walking Distance from Haram, 8 min by car.
Good space for parking in front of the building .
Sadik the host was good and caring also.
No supermarket arround, you must close the flat with the key because it is easy to be opened from outside.

Location and wifi
There is only one bathroom in two bed apparent. The bathroom was in very bad shape, stained tiles and seat, no towels, no toiletries, no room cleaning service. If you are staying more than one day, ask for cleaning, and no one will come.
