Staff are very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Security on site.

Exterior needs some upgrading.

The hotel currently did not have microwaves or refrigerators in the room, when I reported that they said they were on back order and would be here tomorrow. They didn't explain any of that prior to us checking in. Everything else was very nice, but that should be mentioned in the amenities.

The fact that they weren't upfront about not having basics in the rooms.

The TV. Lighted parking lot. Tub seemed clean.

Room floors were unswept and dirty. One of the sheets had red dots on it. T The room had no fridge, no microwave. The outside of the building was worse. The elevator is run down. There is no dining area. There's a lobby with a microwave, a juice and water machine. The cold water was Luke warm. The juice machine was empty. There was no coffee or tea. I don't even know how this place has a 7.5 rating. The shower faucet had a hole, needs caulking. I am giving it a 2/10 because I did not get big bites.

había mucho olor a marihuana en el area, de hecho la primera habitación que nos dieron que pedimos cambiarla, el olor era demasiado fuerte e impregnaba todo. El vecindario da la sensación de inseguridad, la recepción esta separada por un vidrio lo que me hace pensar que la zona no era segura. No queda cerca a Baltimore y el Uber puede salir bastante costoso.

I booked this hotel for the fridge and microwave in rooms and free breakfast. There was no fridge or microwave in the rooms at all. Breakfast was granola bars and fruit.

Needed fridge and microwave a must and didn't have the option to opt out of them coming into room while we were gone.

Rooms were newly renovated

Rooms are entirely way too small, elevator was old took long to come up or down, with only 3 floors also smelled bad. Hotel said mini fridge & microwave but didn't have one in the room.

Close to the highway, gas station and food places. Beds were comfy. Staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early after our 5.5 hr drive for an event in the area.

Was told upon arrival rooms were non smoking, yet the room reeked of smoke as soon as we walked in. No mini fridge, iron or microwave in the room. The tub had burn stains and peeling paint. The elevator was a little nerve wracking but worked considering we were on the 3rd floor. There were a few loud people outside at like 3 that disrupted our sleep.

Don’t judge this hotel too quickly from the outside. It is currently under new renovations. The room was exceptionally fresh. Everything looks brand new.

They are still waiting on microwave and refrigerator deliveries. As it was nice to see a sign making that clear in the lobby, it would have been better to be aware of this prior to my stay. It is 2023. I don’t think it is hard to make that known on a third party website such as Booking.com, which I used. Woodlawn is not the best area on the outskirts of Baltimore. I didn’t have any problems and a couple police officers were posted up late at night for an illusion of temporary safety, but just always be aware of your surroundings. “Breakfast included”…..something else to be aware of. You will have the option of coffee and Nature Valley bars. Not what I expected for an included breakfast. That’s a huge loss to my review.

There is some smell from the room a little bit. like little mousture. But in general good hotel

The property was very clean and aesthetically pleasing.

The drain to the bathtub was damaged, time consuming to drain between baths, housekeeping wasn’t daily, a storm deprogrammed the doors and we were locked out of our room for a significant period, front desk staff initially abrasive and condescending but ultimately improved.

Falsely advertised a breakfast they didn't have, sometimes a bit noisy outside, outside the room grubby, trashy concrete, toilet backed up, nothing in room, no microwave, fridge or even coffee maker.

The night clerk from 3-11 was a complete jerk. He called me a liar even tho I showed him my bank charges that he double charged me for the room. He refused to call his supervisor. I called my bank and they told him that he double charged me and he called them a liar. I had my bank cancel the payment. The General Manager called me and apologized. She tried to make it right. If I’m ever back in the area I will give it another try cause she gave me her personal numbers to let her know when I’ll be there

Location. Close to highway. Close to food and the mall. Close to the event space that I needed to go to.

Housekeeping banging on the door like the police. They came in, cleaned the room and my husband's insulin went missing. Kept using the master key on our room door so the keys had to be reprogrammed a few times. Someone just had to stay in the room so no one would be locked out. Called to see if there was a fridge and microwave in the room, was told there was but it was not.

The sink area was nice.

The patch work in the shower where there were holes didn’t look nice at all. It didn’t match the rest of the room which was completely renovated.
