Great stay with friends

Perfect location, spacious, the gent on the reception was so lovely and helpful.

Beds werent overly comfy but other than that everything was great

Not very satisfied with the stay but have to say the staff was very polite helpful and nice.

Location

No lift, the drain in the bath was not working properly. We couldn’t all have a shower because after the first person had a shower the water took time to drain. The mattresses had stains.

Tv didn’t work and hairdryer overheated and blew up, yellow staining on the pillows

The room was clean and as expected. Hotel staff / reception person Michael was very helpful, he provided an iron, towels etc Parking was very handy even though I had a disabled blue badge. I would definitely use again.
