All you need is to bring your own food and personal items. The trailer is in great condition and built nice and sturdy. It has 2 slide outs, one for the king size bed out the rear of the trailer, and another slide out the side for the dinette. Willing to work with renters to make sure we can accommodate to the best of our abilities. Delivery/set up/take down/pick-up within Windsor Essex-County and Wheatley can also be arranged.
