It was just as advertised, quiet area, rooms were clean and short distance to great food, shopping center, and some hiking trails. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends & family

The property is very well maintained with beautiful pools. Bonus was the complimentary laundry.

We loved this property overall but wish it was closer to the trail areas and scenic views. We had an issue with the WiFi but the Mgr. helped quickly resolve it. The hot tub nearby was out of order so we only enjoyed the pool which was a nice size with a beautiful view.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at your property. We even listened to the Hilton Vacation Tiemshare offer, but decided against it for now. Loved the area, the quaintness and hiking. We'd stay there again.

Was surprised to see a resort fee on top of the listed price; not a lot of experience with
VRBO rentals so maybe very common

I was surprised upon checkin that there is a daily security fee of $19 plus tax. In didn’t notice this fee when I booked on Vrbo.

This property was incredible! Everything was as described and moreso. The hostess was kind, welcoming and very helpful. The amenities were all we could have asked for and provided my wife an I a respite that was exceptional. I would stay here in a heartbeat again.

Good location for the scenery.. Condo was as expected. The drive up to Sedona was fantastic. Ate dinner at Dellepiane just down the road, awesome burger. Place was packed, but worth the wait. Will consider staying here again. Hoping for less snow and dry trails 😁 next time.

Overall the whole property was decent. Unfortunately one of the pools was not heated (the one close to our unit) and it's hot tub was not working at all. We walked to the other pool and two hot tubs that were working and were very nice. The unit we stayed in could use some updating. The table and bathroom cabinets were beat up and just worn out looking. The shower has rust and mold along the joints. The linens were nice and plenty of them including extra pillows. The tv worked but it was dated (could use a smart tv). Kitchen was well stocked but the top shelf on the dishwasher fell out when we opened it to place dishes inside. Also, there were dirty wine glasses in it when we arrived. The bed was fairly comfortable. All in all the property was pretty quiet. The grounds needed multiple lights along the walkways replaced. The front desk area did their job but were not very professional. Not sure we would stay again as the area is quite a way south of Sedona where we ended up spending most of our time.

Everyone was friendly and accommodating. There were people throughout the property that helped direct us when needed such as going to the pool. It was a great location for traveling to the various tourist areas. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Perfect condo location to enjoy Sedona! Close to everything and with a great view across the golf course of the beautiful red rocks. We used the hot tub while there and I went for a run early one morning on the golf course, and of course we took full advantage of the hiking and shopping in Sedona. We absolutely plan to come back!

The property was very nice. The views were lovely. However, the hot tube was freezing and so was the hot pool, we did speak to another guest and she said that the other hot tub was working great. There are adequate cooking pots and pans in the kitchen and an adorable cook top, however zero spices outside of thimble size salt and pepper. The heater in our room sounded like a jet taking off every time it came on. We were close to Sedona and some amazing hikes and the drive to and from Sedona was gorgeous.

I made the reservation within a week of our stay. I had to contact the company, not a personal owner, to get information on accessing the condo because the travel date was coming up quick. They pointed out that you check in just like a hotel. Once at the lobby, I stood in line to check in. After finally getting to the counter, I was told it would be a little while before the room would be ready (less then an hour). The condo was nice and had all we needed. Even with the slow check in, I would stay here again. Location is great and condo was nice.

This was our second great stay at a Diamond Resort our trip to the Southwest--and we just happened upon both via VRBO. We stayed at Villas de Santa Fe by Diamond Resorts and then stayed here at The Ridge on Sedona Golf Resort by Diamond Resorts. We did not even realize these were Diamond Resorts. We chose each because of the great location, the amenities, the studio with kitchen, the amenities and the great value. We will pay more attention to Diamond Resort offerings in the future.

Cute studio, nice view. Beware of the check-in process, it’s a timeshare pitch. Too bad there is no filtered water in unit so you must go get your own water.

Overall excellent experience, place was clean and easy to find. Staff was very helpful and friendly, we had absolutely no issues and great mini-vacation in a very beautiful area.

It is a good place to stay, a little tricky finding it but once you're there you get the hang of it.

Wasn’t sure why we were placed in handicap unit. Room was dated, bathroom was in need of update and replacement of broken tiles. Room was noisy all night from upstairs guests. 😔

Tuesday morning at 8:02AM yard maintenance folk started trimming bushes with very loud gas-powered trimmer immediately outside our front door and also outside our ground-floor veranda. I asked the operator 'why' at that time and was told "Arizona law permits us to start at 8:00AM". I subsequently visited front desk to ask management about that situation and was told "Our work crews start at 08:00". Suggestion is that for comfort and relaxation of your guests that noisy yard work NOT start until 10:00 at the earliest. There was no yard work that I observed/heard after noon. The hottub in our area was 'out of service' (no water) and the outdoor pool nearest us was 'icy cold'. Screen Door to veranda needs work - wouldn't slide open/closed. We wanted to take advantage of your 'Bounceback' offer but no one at concierge counter could provide the 'details' (ie the fine print) of the offer. Those should be readily available since it is a product you are marketing. Eventually the following day we did learn from one of your 'sales presentation' specialists that the 'offer' required a 2-hour sales presentation.

Easy process as a whole. Check in was smooth and the studio was perfect for my husband and I.

Good place for family to stay while visiting sedona and nearby trails. Close to Red rock National park and local restaurants.

Didn't mention when I was checking out for rental, that there is a hot tub. Then my wife would have brought her suit.
There were no filters for the coffee maker, so no coffee.
Room could use a coat/hat rack just inside the door, especially for the winter time rentals.

No street lights. Stove did not work. Sink was clogged. Outdated. No room service for 4 days we stayed at the resort. Ran out of toilet paper, Kleenex… receptionist thought it was funny that our key did not work second night to our room.

The property itself is perfectly located and offered everything we needed. The staff was accommodating and courteous. The place was s clean. Some reviewers mentioned being persuaded to attend a time share presentation, we had no issues with that at all. Be prepared to pay extra daily fees, which are mentioned in the listing. However, they requested a copy of state ID prior to arriving, which I didn't feel comfortable providing, and they didn't mention in the listing ( it states provide upon arrival). So, I reached out prior and confirmed by verifying my booking information. I think it is unreasonable to make such request, but glad the host was reasonable enough to work with us.

I just was unable to check in on time. They did not have my room ready at the 4pm committed time. This turned out to be a huge inconvenience for me as I was told I had to wait and that I would get a call when I could finally check in. So with a check in scheduled at 4pm, I had to leave and wait for a call which I never received. I called at around 4:45 and the room wasn’t ready. Again I was told I would get a call. I decided that we now would not have time to make dinner in the condo I am renting so I went out to dinner to wait I called again after 6 and was told the room was ready. I asked why no one called me and they said they dropped the ball and apologized. So, I did not actually check in until after 7pm. I thought I would get compensated for this inconvenience but they just apologized. Other than that I was happy overall.

Nice little studio in a pretty resort. A bit outdated, but it met our needs. We were there for 7 nights and upon check we received an email from the resort explaining guest staying more than 4 nights would get a mid week “tidy” service. Fresh towels, toiletries etc. What they don’t tell you is this is by request only. That would have been nice to know when day 5 and 6 come and go and we have run out of everything. Took 3 calls and a trip to the front desk to finally get more TP and toiletries. Also worth noting the one hot tub on the entire one half of the resort is out of service. Bummer because the nights are quite cool and the functioning hot tub is a hike to the other side of the resort. Other than those two things, we enjoyed our stay. Would return.
